She could have suggested it to her PR firm to follow-up, or had personal contacts at the mag. Smart actresses and models are very aggressive in getting themselves work or PR, rather than relying on agents with too many clients. Definitely not always easy to do without substantial guidance from someone "in the know."

Kinda sad that she is trying to drum up publicity from something she did a year ago. Maybe she should think about actually working for a living to stay relevant.

Oh I don't know if we can assume that she is only drumming up biz. Sometimes some things look to be tweets to help friends at times. Maybe she knows someone who could use a few tips but has a sensitive nature so can't accept helpful tips that is being seen as criticism. Some of her food and diet talk looks that way to me too. You never KNOW...

Could be she wants people to think it's a current article, could be she thought it was so self-evident from last year that it wasn't worth mentioning the date. You pays your money, you takes your choice.

she's been in LA if you follow her on Twitter and in the press. She was having a facial in Beverly Hills so no she didnt go to Berlin or anywhere in Germany for that matter. Her last tweet was of her squirrel food to take on her trip so my guess is she left for Cannes yesterday in time for the gala on the 23rd.
