Elisabetta Canalis - girlfriend 2009 - 2011 part 4

While coming to or from shooting a red carpet event I have seen celebs in assorted places, have taken their pics and sent them to my agent. The agent must contact the celebs agent before printing in a tabloid to be positive that my photos are current. Sometimes the pic gets printed first and then the agent has the right to retract the pic if in fact it is not current. This is how Stan confirms the time frame of such pics. That's not to say that older pics arent used in recent times with generic descriptions, such as George and EC in milan; maybe they were at another time, but the heading is still true with certain pics, just a previous time. Does that make sense?

Also, after reading several posts on this page alone, why is it that we cannot express our opinions without fear of being bashed. I totally get what watching said, and then I see the red and green bar to the right of the post as if we are too chicken to come right out and say what we think so we hide behind the plus and negative bar. Then, after someone posts that they feel their opinions are not being taken for just "opinions" someone else goes along and cant let it lie still, but has to usurp that person once again by retaliating against their (yet again) "opinion". This is why I myself am extremely leary of posting on this websight. Cant we all just accept each other and our thoughts as people with independent feelings and "opinions" created from our methods of observations? And cant that stupid plus and negative/red, green bar to the right of the posts be removed? And if you want to neg me go right ahead, like I care, because only I am responsible for my happiness on this earth, and I decide who affects me! There are so many good people with intelligent viable comments that I hate to see the bashing that is too often the undercurrent of negativity. Let's stop it.

What I don't understand is if she was staying at the hotel and they had just checked in why walk out with the flowers in the first place? Where was she taking them? Milan was clearly a setup going by George's look it was for her sake not his. He did this with Sarah and Lisa as well and they broke up within a few weeks anyway. He hasn't been pictured with her in nearly 6 months so he had to do something. The good thing is if he splits while she is working it won't look so bad and he does go to Darfur soon too.

Deb, I gave you the green + even after what you said as I agree totally. Just reading everybody's posts, we have so many similarities, yet we are all extremely different. Different countries, different ethics, different social standing, different beliefs (and everything that includes). That's why I love it here so much. I may not agree with what you or you or you are saying, but rather than say "YOU'RE WRONG", I respect your opinion as I hope you will respect mine. I can't speak for Katie, but I personally don't want to see this wonderful site turn in to another IMDb and I don't believe any of us would look very beautiful anymore with our eyes gouged out. We cannot be afraid or leary of posting our own opinions for fear of being slammed down or name-called. Everyone's opinion is important, even if it doesn't agree with your opinion. I usually don't "preach" and I don't want to come across that way, but I am grateful to Katie for starting Clooney's Open House and bringing us all this wonderful and sometimes "questionable" information on George and his life. And, equally as important, I am grateful for everyone here who contributes in their own way by bringing us stories and videos and other links for ALL THINGS GEORGE!!! And, lastly, each and every one of you who posts your comments - good, bad, indifferent. Thanks for listening.

At least it would explain it. Cause otherwise it makes no sense unless of course it was a prop and supposedly from George! People wonder why we question some of the things she does.

It is sad that someone actually DID neg me for my attempts to keep this forum on a happier level of interaction! Negging me doesnt bother me. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Katie has given her opposite opinion to many of us here. There were times I felt she was harsh against me, but I've come to relaize its her writing style. Words are flat, but Katie has stated early on that she doesn't like to use emotioncons.

Katie and I have had a few opposite opinions (mostly in PMs regarding other topics) with quite a few back-in-forth comments. But we are still cyber friends because we are both opinionated people and we except to agree to disagree.

Bashing! I see very little bashing here than I do at other places. Heated discussions - yes. Bashing - no!!!

Let's all JUST post our opinions. NOT!!!!!!!!!!! I thought this place was a discussion board! EVERYTHING we say about George and his girlfriends ARE our opinions. A discussion IS point - counterpoint. So, I don't see who/how anyone is afraid to post their opinion.

If I'm going to disagree with something, I will not be afraid to say it no matter who wrote it!!! However, if its not worth getting into a discussion, I will post a "negative". NOT because I'm hiding. Funny, don't see people asking Kimber to take her "+, _ " away. What's the difference?

The same with a "positive" - I may post a + simply because I don't feel like making a big deal out of someone's opion and adding my own.

I disagree with watching and playfuldeb. Please give me examples of all this bashing! At times I see heated arguments, but not bashing. Where is the name calling and everything else that goes alone with being bashed?

BTW, I'm the first to admit that I can be "hard" because I have strong opinions. That's me, that's who I am.

Well, I guess is how we say things. As sisieq just said we are from different countries, cultures and the way we express ourselves are different just for the simple fact we are unique individuals.

I have been (officially) here for a week or so, I believe. I just found out couple of days ago what the clooneyliciouness when melbert explained to me. Most of the comments that I voted were positive, even if I don't agree with their opinion, but I thought their comments were really interesting. I might have given one negative and it is not because i was hiding myself, But, as sisieq said If I'm going to disagree with something, I will not be afraid to say it no matter who wrote it!!! However, if its not worth getting into a discussion, I will post a "negative".

I like different opinions, but I think we also need to realize to be careful how we say things (not to censor, but be considerate). I am very surprised nobody criticized my post and voted negative. That's exactly what I was expecting, but it did not stop me from expressing myself. However,I also apologized in advance if I was offending someone (I had no intention).

All opinions are welcomed, even if i don't agree because it makes me think from another perspective and expand my point of view.

Canalis, will be assisting as a cook-helper together with soccer player Rino Gattuso and Emanuele Filiberto Di Savoia..........

According to Wikipedia Gattuso is married and has two children, so no replacement for George.

Just to explain, the + and - next to each post are there simply because I get bored reading forums that only have "I agree" or "thanks" posts.

This way, if peole like a post they can just click on the + sign and the poster gets clooneylicious points which I thought was a fun thing. I do it all the time whenever someone posts news or photos and stuff here to thank them for contributing.

I have to admit I didn't give any thought to the - sign because it didn't cross my mind we'd be using it but I guess it's all part of free speech.

Anyway, sorry for taking us so off topic.

So, back on topic. Where the HELL are they now??? Make one appearance (George anyway), two for wrong way Eli. Now, they go undercover(s). Uggggg - bad visual!!

Who knows Melbert, we probably won't be seeing much of George for a while. Betty has her show (next week?) so we will see more of her. Unless Alfonso has an 'in' at the villa.

Actually I think George would stay under cover, if he had a choice. I think he expects the pap shots on set but other than that, he would prefer to avoid paps.

Wow not being welcome at a whole tv station they must have been pissed. She is being a "helper" doesn't sound like the sort of thing a girl who thinks she is going to get a ring of George would even bother to do. We should be seeing her around in the next week but George will probably stay hiding under his blanket.

So it sounds like she's only on it once and not a Host?

I wonder if they'll have her "help" with each guest they have? It sounded like it was going to be more than one episode for her initially.

Actually it's the next lake, Lake Garda where I am from; however I seem to have read somewhere that GC was looking at some property on Lake Garda in April, exactly in the town of Gardone Riviera but I haven't heard anything since. Lake Garda is the biggest lake in Italy.

I'm thinking we will see some shots of her over the next week. Maybe her out on the water if George lets her borrow the boat! If not she will have to go shopping again. Can't want the split rumours cleared up too much he hasn't even taken her out to dinner. The calm before the storm!

I dont think would take her with to Sudan. With the diseases (malaria, etc) the political upsets, and more, I think his nature to be to protect her and thusly, not able to focus on the reasons he goes there.

Question for Italians, What did the media refer to betta-buns before? Everytime I see her name in print it is written as Elisabetta Canalis, the girlfriend of George Clooney.

LOL Very funny! I think she has always been the girlfriend of or the ex of someone. Next she will be the ex of George Clooney that will stay around for awhile anyway to keep his name linked to hers.

He would never take her to the Sudan he hasn't before there is no reason for her to go there.

Of course he would not take her to Sudan. This would just take the attention away from his humanitarian work. The press might even make some romantic Africa-trip out of it and her PR-team would start rumours that George was going to propose to her like William to Kate!
