Sandra Bullock To Tina Fey: Don’t Take George Clooney’s Threat Lightly
Tina Fey had Sandra Bullock in stitches early at the Golden Globes as she nailed Sandy’s Gravity co-star George Clooney in her opening monologue. Describing the plot of the Oscar-nominated film, Tina went after the noted lothario.
“It’s the story of how George Clooney would rather float away into space and die than spend one more minute with a woman his own age,” Tina joked.
But Sandra Bullock slightly changed her tune on the red carpet of the SAG Awards on Jan. 18.
Video evidence proved the Oscar-winning actress found Tina’s joke hilarious, but she tried to convince E! News that she kept it together.
“I think I was stoic. I think I remained stoic," she told E! reporter Giuliana Rancic.
Sandra then warned Tina that George would keep his word to seek revenge.
“No one can take a joke better than George. But no one can take you down with a great joke better than George," Sandra warned.
George told Giuliana earlier in the week at a press junket for his upcoming film The Monuments Men that he had “a little surprise for Tina Fey."
"Oh, I've been working on it. She might have poked the bear with the stick." Uh-oh! Better watch your back Tina.
Sandra did take time to defend her good friend George over the accusations that he’d rather die in space than speak with a woman his own age.
“He talks to women his own age. I talk to him all the time!" she told E! News.
Good to hear it! No one wants George dying in space to get away from the lovely Sandra.
