Clooney girl? or not...

I thought it might be interesting to list the reasons why we could or couldn't be a Clooney girl. I couldn't.because..

I'm not anorexic.
I am conservative.
I don't enjoy travel.
I am not a puppet.
I celebrate Christmas in a tradition manner.
I am a servant of God and dedicate my good deeds in his name and through his guiding light.

Anyone else have any they can share why they could or couldn't be a Clooney girl?

I could never be a Clooney girlfriend because:

• Because he can't find pictures of my vagina on the internet

• I have a job. A real job.

• I believe a boyfriend actually has to actually care for me and make an effort in a relationship.

• I am not for sale

• I have self respect

I could be because:

I believe in humanitarium efforts and causes and charity

I refuse to throw myself at his feet and swoon, and since George likes the hunt, he can try to win me to his side. I wont sway easily.

I can help him relearn to relax and laugh again

As an actor I would be interested and understanding of his craft

As a photographer, I could travel with him and utilize the locations to capture images that could speak to the world.

Having my own goals I am not dependent on being by someone's side 24/7

I could be because I like pasta and he loves Italy close enough and I have been to Italy and I have italian friends. I have watched all eps of ER and can talk about pretend procedures with him. I like pigs although mostly to eat but still. I can make a great cup of tea and bake a mean chocolate cake he likes both.

I couldnt because I do have self respect and there are no nearly naked pics of me on the internet in fact there are no pics of me anywhere on the internet just my puglet and bird.
I don't share well and I sort of insist on being number one on a guys list not number 4 or 5 as it seems to be with George.
I can wear my clothes without falling out of them.
I don't like going to the same places for holidays all the time, I like to see new places and not with a group.

Thanks for the giggles ladies. I needed them this morning. Ugg, I think I am getting sick. 2 days of work left I hope I make it till the weekend.

Kinky sex scares me
I prefer river to lake
Dentures make me sick
I cost too much

my career choice travels with me so I could go with him. I would love to work in Sudan/darfur

Used to talkative people, most of my friends are ( and my parents)

GTC would be LUCKY to have me as a girlfriend, but I wouldn't want to date him because then I'd have to give up being on this board* and I only just got here! I'd miss you all too much.

You need to clarify "too" old Lucy. lol I guess anybody that is younger than half his age might be too old for being the next one. I do think if he does go younger than 30 for the next one, that'll just be sad. I know there are couples out there with vast age differences, but, I'm sorry, it just looks wrong. On the other hand, who am I to talk - just a middle-aged spinster sitting on the Clooney boards ALL DAY LONG!!! Now THAT is sad...

Laughing out loud reading these posts. I must admit, I've never thought about the color of his pubic hair or dentures. Call me an idealist, but my conception of him is fully clothed (preferable in a suit). I'd like to keep it at that. More of a protective uncle or friend (with benefits?)

Exactly can you imagine what it must be like, the good and the bad! Everything ever said about GC I would bet when choosing a date-gf he takes this into consideration, thats why we see a certain type. Shes got to prefer a certain lifestyle to be tough enough to survive what people opinions of her maybe.

I'm not sure Eli knew what she was getting into when she got into this relationship. It seems to me that she thought everyone would just automatically love her because she was his gf. And in almost every interview since, she's defended herself - "people are jealous", blah, blah, blah. When she had her twitter account, she went off a couple of times, and I wonder if she was so arrogant that she thought she'd actually get away with the Aniston remark/retweet. Like she was untouchable or something. When rumors start, she gets naked somewhere, pics are taken, and then she goes back to - or convinces herself - that it's all because we're so damn jealous of her. Unfortunately for her, or any of his past or future gf's - is that they are going to be scrutinized even more, because they are George's gf. Funny thing is, George has never defended her, against anything. Nor has he ever defended their relationship.

He's never defended any of his girlfriends (except Celine) or even talked about being in a relationship let alone defended one. Naked pictures of Sarah Larson come out and not a word from him.

Lisa Snowdon probably tried the hardest to get a public reaction out of him with her fake engagement ring act, and the stories that when she was hospitalised for appendicitis that he dropped everything to rush to the hospital to be with her when in fact he didn't bother visit her at all.

I think if we ever hear him talk about a girlfriend then that'll be the clue that there's something serious going on.

Bellybaby that seems so true since SL every gf-date they get alot more media- internet attention than in the past. Unless I just wasn't paying attention back during the Lisa-Krista years.

Since he's denied ever being with Krista, any picture snapped was not planned I'm sure. With Lisa, I think that most of the snapped pics were at premieres, etc. I remember a few bike rides and some pics from Como, but not the media blitz that he's had with Sarah and Elisabetta.

As for defending any of them, I only recall the one incident where he supposedly received that phone call about "dumping Sarah" and he supposedly hired someone to investigate it. Never heard the outcome with that. And about making a statement about having a "girlfriend", when some overly excited fan at one of his premieres wanted a kiss, I think he said something like "I don't think my girlfriend would like that".

Having a girlfriend is a good excuse with the added benefit he can say no without offending a fan.I think George must be tired of women propositioning him.

The right kind of women, yes. But the endless having to be the saviour of every woman who comes his way and sees him as her meal ticket must be wearing.

I'd forgotten that he had called her his girlfriend in that video clip and yep, I totally agree that was an excuse he used to get out of kissing the girl because if he started with one fan, he'd have had to kiss the entire crowd!

But, I think that George enjoys that "power" of him being able to "help" all these girls along (and with any benefits that HE may receive). I don't think he probably appreciates the "meal ticket" thing going on forever though.

Yes help women that he is attracted to, but strangers coming onto him, giving him their numbers and other things,that must get old after what almost 30 years?
