Maybe, when the limo driver tweeted it was a delayed tweet from the weekend. They could have been in Baltimore/ New York for 24 hrs and then flew back Sunday night and he had lunch on Monday. George uses planes, like the way we use cars everyday. Also, he says he doesn't need that much sleep.
My other theory is that George wasn't with Stacy and she paid the Limo driver to tweet that, because the limo drivers tweet sounds so formal, like the way the gossip sites always address them," George Clooney and his girlfriend Stacy Keibler."

I thought his saying "The Famous Actor George Clooney..." was a bit strange. If anyone doesn't know he's a famous actor they need to crawl out from under that rock they've been living under.

fluffy, please tell me how you can tell he's put on some weight? His shirt is really loose. Glad to see that he's clean shaven. While he does look good bearded, I really like to see all of his face. Really enjoy it.

I said this on the other thread. The more I look at the limo drivers tweet, the more it looks like a paid tweet ad for Zeal limo in Stacy's hometown. Whether they were allowed to use George and Stacy's name who knows.

I saw a video of him and Elisabetta leaving a restaurant in that little 2-seater Tango car. The car he's been seen driving for the past several months looks like the black Mercedes he drove in the Mercedes commercial last year. Maybe part of the deal was that he got to keep the car. He probably has a fleet of cars, don't we all?

I don't think that George was in baltimore or new york at all. He doesn't really attend his girlfriends events and I find it hard to believe he jammed in so much flying around this weekend just to support stacy doing some publicity event. My guess is that the driver was either just trying to advertise his business or he was driving Stacy alone and thought it would make better press to say he was driving George and Stacy.

In person George is a LOT thinner than he looks in pictures. Very delicate bone structure that I think he must get from his mom.

George just having one of his "I've had enough moments" Red carpet whatever is DONE just leave me in peace! No IMO he doesn't look fat, just stressed, pissed!

Oh poor George is getting his photo taken by the paps. What an intrusion. What a hardship. Guess he is only ok with attention from the paps when they are the ones that he controls, vetos and work for celeb friendly outfits like People or Person to Person who he welcomes into his home to take his or his gf's pic. What a terrible invasion - paps on the other side of the road taking his picture. Not getting up in his face. Not asking stupid or offensive questions. Not blocking his car from leaving the premises. Not chasing him down the street in a dangerous manner. Maybe he is pissy cause he doesn't have his air horn with him and he can't be the frat boy practical joker today.

He might be having a shit day and may prefer to not have the press around but he has wilfully used the press to his advantage and benefit during the award season, to promote his humanitarian efforts and sell his endorsement deals - he doesn't get to flip them the bird like a jackass just because he is not in control of the situation or the photos taken. Now that there is no statute on the line, he acts like a douche. Man up George and act like a grown up and recongise that you have helped create this situation. I find his behaviour here really disappointing. This is a guy we are suppose to listen to, read his op ed pieces, respect his views and involvement on issues such as the Sudan and support the action he claims is necessary in those regions to protect the people there yet he is so juvenile and without impulse control that he can't stop himself from flipping off the awaiting paps??? Really??

Annemarie - he is doing a double bird flip to the paps. Most people when carrying a jacket or phone, they grip it so not to drop the an object. They use their whole hand. Holding it by one finger is not comfortable. And holding an object in your hand whilst one finger is waving around in the wind is not a normal natural grip for holding an item - especially a phone.

When he came out the restaurant, he was carrying the jacket and phone in the same hand with a full hand grip. He shakes hands with the valet and then he comes intothe direct line of sight of the paps when walking in front of the car. In those pics he is holding the jacket by just one finger and the phone in his hand with only one finger not gripping it. And considering the finger is the same on both hands and that finger has significance, it can be assumed that he is flipping the paps the bird. He is just trying to be subtle without doing the full arm extended one finger salute.

So what ?

@Watching - Bullseye! It's a double-edged sword, and like you've noted, they're not in his way, at all. He looks like he's in a bit of a piss. Maybe the meeting didn't go well. Or maybe he's cranky cuz he's cleansing?

We're not seeing the whole picture (pun intended) since there's no video. Even if he is flipping them off, we don't know if they said anything to him or not. We've all seen videos of the stupid shit they ask and yell at him, how do we know they haven't done the same thing here? Just because they aren't in his face doesn't mean they aren't being assholes.
