I bet he about peed his pants getting to go into the Oval Office! I would have!

I think even though he is the George Clooney! he would still be feeling a bit star or power struck to visit President Obama in the Oval Office - I would be overwhelmed.

I believe they've been acquainted for a long time.....since Obama was a Senator ?

True but still its the Oval Office, I can't imagine anyone walking in there and not feeling impressed.

I was wondering when this was - can't find the date of the event anywhere. Latest Sudan trip (as far as we know!) and giving evidence, but pre arrest I think.........

Yes have to agree. President Obama wasn't well known til 2004 and didn't become a Senator til 2006 so I wouldn't think it's like visiting one of his old buds at his house. Unless George has become so used to meeting the powerful, I would hope he was still human enough to pinch himself!
