She looks really pissed when coming out of the store but then notice the smile and touching George when she sees the opportunity of this moment being caught by the paps. Cant blame George for not wanting to go grocery shopping it's the worst chore in the world. Is this the first time we have seen them doing something regular and day to day together?

I have to say she is wearing a nice outfit to Whole Foods, just in case they were going to get photographed together. I guess this shows they are still playing house together and it makes up for bike rides and dinner dates.

That looks like a lot of groceries for two people. If he was sitting in the car checking on his cell phone maybe he was checking out our site. He should because we're a lot kinder than some of the gossip sites LOL

Sat my roommie also took me to Whole Foods Market, next to the Earth Day Festival. They offer free samples of their food. Since G stayed in the car, I guess he didn't get any?

Cindigirl, why are only some singled out for "special recognition" on Just Jared? Who knows why she/he says such strange things about us.

Maybe he just wanted to be the perfectionist he is and make sure it was packed in "properly.' Anyway, IMO he must be bored if he goes grocery shopping with her. What guy does that? NO guys in my life.

I hope he helped her into the house with the groceries too. That would be the biggie!

I am surprised if he is having people over, he doesn't have someone who does all the grocery shopping for him. " Hey Jeeves go to Whole Foods and buy 10 pounds of chicken to grill and coleslaw." Maybe, she is doing all the cooking and wanted to make sure she got the right ingredients. Playing house is so much fun. Well the doubting public now knows they are still together. Is there photos of him doing stuff like this with the other girls?

Maybe they were having a date night in, like she's said before, where they cook together and so she needed to pick up some things for dinner. Maybe they were out running around and decided to stop and pick up the stuff they needed before heading home. Happens all the time in my world. (Not dinner with George, just day to day normal stuff like that.)

He usually has a sunday barbecue with friends maybe that was what they were shopping for.

She looks nice and they look comfortable together like any other couple. George in a grocery store would probably draw a lot of unwanted attention and not many men I know like being in a grocery store including my husband.

Maybe, he knows the paps are there and just doesn't want to give them anything more than a shot of him helping put the groceries in the car. I know when we are grocery shopping, my husband is all business about getting the groceries in the car and lets get home.

I bet they could afford to have someone buy their groceries to avoid the store altogether if they really wanted to. Maybe Stacy is a Susie homemaker as well as one of the boys. Looking more and more like great marriage material

She is actually more like great long term girlfriend material . She will be around for a good long time I think.

Sorry for the cynic in me but it looks like they went out to lunch (Stacy ain't in workout gear) and as he was driving them home (or driving her back to his place) she did the domestic test of "oops, I forgot to go to the grocery store and I have no food in the house". Will he or won't he step up enough to go out of his way or will he leave it up to her to get after he has dropped her home?

So this instance, George gets only a passing grade as he takes her to the store but waits in the car not walking the aisle as I assume she would want him to so they can try out "domestic". And yeah, it's the first time George has been seen at a grocery in all the years I have been watching.

I was thinking they were picking up food for George's Sunday barbecue.
Any way it is nice to see them out and about.

Could you just imagine the attention he would have attracted if he would have gone into that store? His days of being able to grocery shop are probably long over. It's very possible he just picked her up from somewhere and she pulled the "Could you just run me to the store to get a few things?" line. I do that to my husband all the time.

Also, isn't it when things get a little too domestic that he starts to feel trapped and then bails? If I were her, I'd never really feel secure.

Sweet thought Lakin... I hope George and Stacy ARE indeed having a splendid time together, if that is what it is... Not that any of us will ever know anyways...

I don't so much see it as trying to convince us they are just like us. I have seen pictures of George with his assistant at a cell phone store. George is a celebrity he does normal things just like we all do , taking his girlfriend to the store is not abnormal he waited in the car wasn't walking down the aisle. Stacey is a normal person she does not have the fame of George so I would expect her to be in the Grocery store she has to eat.

Well he sure doesn't look very thrilled in those pictures. He looks more like : " What the hell did I get myself into this time ! "

It's nice to see George doing everyday normal things with his GF. My husband looks like that when we go food shopping together.
It's Me thanks for the pics with George holding his belongings, in your pics it looks as if it's just the way he's carrying things, not so much like he's flipping the birds.

Ok here is my take....it does seem a bit staged, only because he doesn't normally get papped doing this kind of thing. She is also a bit dressed up, not that we shouldn't look our best when shopping but I have seen other celebrity photos at food stores and not all are quite spiffed up to go shopping, IMO. I think he is a bit irratated but you're right that could just be a perception. ( I remember there was a photo of him waiting in the car outside a coffee place while EC went in and got drinks.) Again since he is not like other celelbrities who we see out constantly doing errands, it seems a bit out of character. Although who knows....maybe he is again trying to play with the pap's and fans. ( The cynic in me says that she has been hurt by the comments that they are never seen out together so this got set up---but as I said I can be very cynical)

Oh and ladies who are having a staycation....have a drink for me too!

I agree he looks pissed off. She looked really pissed in the first few pictures but seems to have found her smile in time for the paps to get their pics of her and George. Didn't she say that she doesn't get dressed up to go out running errands? I think it was in the US weekly interview just last week. Looks a bit dressed up for the grocery store if you ask me, although she does seem to have forgotten her pants

Ok I have read everyone's statements...like I said I am cynical and think a lot of what hollywood people do is staged....looking again at the photos I think maybe the dress isn't so much a dress but a bathing suit cover ---- which might explain the wet hair....just a new theory...

You can all yell at me, but I think it is sort of staged, in a sense they knew where to go to get photographed. I am sorry,George isn't like every body else. He hasn't lived his life like everybody else in years. He isn't even like some of the celebs ,who you always see out and about doing errands, like Ben Affleck with his girls or Hugh Jackman with his children. What, George and Stacy are the domestic couple now, they were running errands, like picking up dry cleaning and going to the shoe repair shop. Stacy has said in interviews that they are like everybody and do everyday things. This idea give us the illusion or impression that they are this real couple, remember their are a lot of doubters out there. If George needs anything, he sends someone from his entourage of workers or picks up the phone and can order stuff to be delivered or can even ask a friend to stop on the way. Matter of fact the Whole Foods near me, after you shop, they will deliver right to your house. Also, If they needed groceries, knowing that they would attract a photo, she could have run to a store to get it herself. Also, they pick a grocery store that other celebs shop at, on a weekend afternoon and knowing the paps maybe hang out there. Now why did they do this, because it replaces bike rides, dinner outs and the no photos during that Baltimore Limo ride. Once in awhile she gets her way and lets them get photographed somewhere. Part of her marketing campaign of herself, is that she is dating George Clooney. Without that, no one is interested. Also, this settles the rumor that they have broken up, because even gossip sites like Celebitchy, didn't know if they were together or not. I think George and his team are very skilled in using the paps when they need them.

Looks like the PR stunt at the grocery store worked to quash those break up rumors. Access Hollywood juts reported on it saying that the photos are proof they are still a couple and going strong. Well done Stacy your stunt worked!!!!

Are George Clooney and Stacy Keibler domesticating?

The Descendants actor, 50, accompanied his girlfriend of eight months on a grocery run to Whole Foods in L.A. over the weekend. Though Clooney waited in the car as Keibler, 32, shopped inside, he helped his model love load the items into their car before heading home.

The couple recently returned home from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where they were joined by A-list pals Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber. Though Clooney values his privacy, he doesn't mind when Keibler tweets pictures from their romantic excursions.

"She can do whatever she wants," Clooney told Rolling Stone in 2011. "I rarely tell anybody what they should be doing with their life."

The stars have kept a low profile since February's Academy Awards, but they are expected to attend the annual White House Correspondents Dinner Saturday in Washington DC. As guests of Time magazine, Clooney and Keibler will be seated next to director Steven Spielberg and his wife Kate Capshaw, in addition to Defense Secretary Leon Panetta.

Mag story of the day, G waits in the car while SK shops for food. G takes a break from his activism to help SK load groceries into his car. Did the international paps, besides those in Great Britain, also run this story? Did they have a slow news day too? LOL

So did Whole Foods Market have to pay anything for this international pap coverage? Or did SK unintentionally give them a freebie. LOL
