[size=40]To see the world clearly
is to see the unimaginable. When the world becomes unthinkable, when lies absorb every truth, when “never again” is mere rhetoric rather than substance, it will be justice that provides the blueprint and accountability the tool to forge a path forward towards peace, security, human rights and dignity.
For this year's Article 3 Human Rights Day commemoration we will curate a thoughtful and powerful conversation into the prospects for justice and accountability, in a world desperately in need of both. We are pleased to announce our 2022 Article 3 Human Rights Global Treasure Award honoree, Amal Clooney. In addition, we will pay special tribute to Ken Roth for his lifetime achievements in the human rights movement.

The 2022 Article 3 Human Rights Day event will conclude with the launch of our enhanced programming in the year(s) ahead as we mark the important milestone of the 75th anniversary of the signing of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights on December 10th, 2023. This is a prime opportunity to bring together philanthropists informed by and in partnership with key stakeholders from across the human rights ecosystem to re-imagine and re-engage the moral compass of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights. As we look ahead to both the 75th and the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, planned programming will help us imagine a better world, sharpen our tools and lift up the leaders to chart a path forward to 2048 with hope, possibility and moral imagination as our guide.
