That is a really clear photo in a restaurant that is apparently frequented by celebrities.  It would appear someone violated  the privacy /safe haven  non-verbal honor code amongst celebs.  Ouch, that smarts.

I'm guessing it was a non celeb who took the photo. I feel like it's invasion of his privacy , but I also know that in public is not private.
