He's making a joke. At Starbucks, they call out your name when your order is ready and he gave them the name George Clooney, instead of his own (he's also an actor)...as if that name (George's) wouldn't cause a stir! LOL He's implying that he's got better name recognition than George does but it's clearly just a joke.
