George and Amal Clooney looked glamorous as ever as they strolled arm in arm to a gala in New York City on Tuesday.
The greying 58-year-old film star and the glamorous 41-year-old barrister were going to an event thrown by the American Society Of International Law.
While out and about in town, they were greeted by Craig Castaldo aka Radioman, an former homeless alcoholic who has since cameo'ed in a string of movies.

Radioman, who earned his nickname by wearing a boom box around his neck, has been seen in such films as The Departed, Elf, Romance & Cigarettes and Tower Heist.

'He is a staple in New York,' said George in a 2012 documentary about the ex-vagrant, adding that 'no one shoots in New York and doesn't know who Radioman is.'


When they met on Tuesday, George could be seen warmly putting a hand on Radioman's shoulder as the pair chatted on the sidewalk.
While George opted for a dark grey suit with a bit of sheen and left the top button of his black dress shirt open, Amal went for a bit more pep.

Over the last couple of weeks, George Clooney has made one thing very clear: he is now the official Svengali of low key grown up style. Whether it’s casual dad fits, suits, or the addition of a wildly impressive beard, the man who famously introduced nipples to Batman has been on a bit a sartorial tear. And Tuesday night he added yet another notch to his list of style accomplishments with a picture perfect monochromatic tailored ensemble.
On one hand, it’s about as simple a look as you can get—midnight blue suit, dark navy button-up, and black wingtip brogues. The beauty of it is that it’s executed perfectly, in both fit and color. And it’s an excellent lesson on why you should consider adding a navy button down to your wardrobe.
