On the wrist of George Clooney. His watches in some movies.

(Amazing close up
More pics at the link)

George Clooney.
Actor, director, multiple-time Oscar winner, philanthropist, playboy and sex Simbol. The more you have, the more you put it.
Often a companion of beautiful models or actresses is, without any doubt, one of the most famous and good actors of our day.
He often roles as lawyers, managers, thieves, crooks and murderers.
Always with a class, elegance and an indisputable style.
Today we analyze and observe, in some of the films, the clocks that he had the way to wear, which helped to characterize every character he played.

We start with the American, set in Italy, in the locality of Abruzzo, where he held the role of a manufacturer of weapons "tailor-made" expert and persecuted. Lonely and mysterious, fleeing from his past with the hope of a new life. He wears an Omega speedmaster with black leather strap and black bottom.

In the movie Michael Clayton, instead, wears a Jaeger-LeCoultre Master hometime. Leather strap and white background. A very classic and elegant watch. The protagonist of the film is a very good mediator lawyer who is responsible for representing a member of a major company. But the deal seems to be bigger and complex than expected.

In Ocean's Eleven is a skilled thief-crook, who formam a team of talented boys to rob three casinos at once. More for love than for greed. This film has given him a lot of success, and paired with Brad Pitt, you can see his incredible talent. Double watch for him. A Luminox, which highlights its side as an organizer of a plan from the time calculated to perfection; And a Hamilton Linwood, who instead emphasizes his elegance surrounded by dark clothes.

Finally, here it is in the clouds, title in English: Up in Air, where he is an employee of a company that deals with dismissal. Without fixed dwelling, always in flight. Accustomed to food from aircraft, rented cars and hotel room. Wear here a gorgeous Omega DeVille Hour Vision, no doubt one of my favorites. Very classic and very elegant, with a leather straps and a white background.

Al polso di George Clooney. I suoi orologi in alcuni film.

George Clooney.

Cinturino in pelle e fondo bianco.

Senza dimora fissa, sempre in volo.

He does seem to like watches. I would love to see his personal collection of watches.I think if I remember correctly the boys gave him a Rolex. And Amal gave him a watch as a wedding present.

I wonder if the watches he wore in movies were his or part of wardrobe for the films. If they were wardrobe, they might have been offered to him at the end of shooting as a gift or for a discounted price. I know he can afford them but, really, how many watches do you need?

Well

Actually
He doesn't seem to wear them a lot
Mostly when dressed up
Or out for dinner

And I guess he doesn't like to feel them tight too

But that was a nice close up
Unusual

And another occasion to tell him

Nice article it’s me.  As a spokesman and ambassador for Omega George may have an agreement with the company that he will wear their watches in his movies.  Unless George owns them outright already Omega probably gifts them to him.  He probably owns quite a few ...

He's been promoting Omega for over a decade, if not longer. I assume his contract with them states that he needs to wear their watches in a film (as long as it's suitable to the character).
