Feel the sadness and demotivation for a moment to live and feel it but then, after a while, get out of it. It is one life and it is too short to waist time with negative things. Look for a solution. There are in enough doors in life to open to go another way.

Respect yourself, love yourself be proud of who you are and give a damn what others want you to feel about yourself. You control yourself and show that to others.   
Walk through life as nothing better exist than you. Love yourself   

How sad!

I don´t know what to say, it´s christmas time and should be peaceful and happy days, not just now but after... over and over and over again. Bad ones too, but mainly good ones!

I have freed myself of the burden of waiting for anyone. Interested or an indifferent man to show up or show he cares.

I´m already happy. I don´t need him to make me happy. Maybe would like some companionship, but it´s alright like it is.

Energy level is pretty good too, optimistic about the future in every way. Don´t play games people, not worth it.

People shouldn't play games and hurt other people.
And others shouldn't play God with people's lives.
 
Think of long term consequences in advance.
Time may alleviate some pain but memories of it will linger on.

Yes, that's what am hoping for.

I had an eye-opener last night and I haven't stopped crying. I realized that don't want to become
Violet Weston from AOC, Full of secrets, regrets and  empty.
I don't want to end up old, alone and bitter.

It is time to make a New Year's resolution and stick with it. I am one who doesn't like to talk
about delicate matters in public, but that's one of my resolutions for this coming year.

I wish I could say more, maybe later.

Re: anxiety in very large crowds - the key to that (usually) is confidence. If you're self-conscious or have low self-esteem, due to being sensitive or shy, you need to self-analyze the cause and then deal with any issues.  You can't change sensitivity, but you can build confidence.

If you're confident with yourself, you won't feel anxious nor nervous about large crowds. You need to be mentally prepared, pace yourself with a few deep breaths & feel at ease & confident.

IM...Take Control.....don't let that someone play that game with you any more. It's bad for you and wastes your energy coping with it. Make yourself unavailable by planning ahead.
Partake in your favourite thing instead....mine used to be listening to Opera when I was in that situation.

Cowards & mean-spirited people play games with others. Hurt unsuspecting people....

I have to travel a lot with work ... no travel, no work ... 2012 I had a lot of "trauma" which I thought I handled pretty well ... but it always comes out somewhere, trauma leaves it's mark ... anyway mine manifested itself unexpectantly about this time last year: I PANICKED on a plane, my heart started beating like you wouldn't believe and I eventually passed out ...a one off I thought.  My next flight I was ok 'till we were landing... the door would just not open quick enough, I literally walked on top of babies and anyone to GET OUT and so it continued ... every flight total terror, I lost count of how many times I simply threw up .... Last Christmas my best friend bought me an ipad .... I hardy looked at it.... he suggested I down load a movie and watch it inflight, are you for real !...as if that would help!!!!...It remained in the bottom of a draw.. Then the most awful trauma, my best friend died... out of the blue, up and fucking died, I still can't believe it... it crushed me beyond words... it was the trauma that broke this camels back ...

I dreaded my next flight, I shook with fear, and now I had nobody, nobody I trusted enough to talk it through with......

I was never one to watch movies, or even go to the movies.... But around that time I saw half of The American... I liked it and wanted to see the end... I remembered the ipad and my darling friends advice and dusted it off and down loaded my first movie.. The American.

I remember shaking with fear waiting to board, sweating from head to toe, after take off I put on the head set ...... and like a MIRACLE ... suddenly, it was fasten your seat belts we're about to land ..... NO FEAR ...

Only recently, I had a tech malfunction ... but I was OK.

What I am trying to say is keep trying, keep pushing and find a way to live the best life you can

Who would have thought something as dumb as an ipad would save my career, and someone like George F****** Clooney would spark the desire to use it...... I am eternally grateful to both ...and my sweet best ever friend, who saw the solution for me...x

Ive always had the fear of public speaking, so at work would never get up and present anything or lead discussions etc. When my Dad passed away, I desperately wanted to do a Eulogy but thought my fear would prevent me. Instead I managed to deliver a heartfelt articulate lovely Eulogy, I then figured if I could do that under such emotional circumstances that I could get up and speak about anything anywhere. So basically I guess Im saying that sometimes a situation presents itself - so go for it and surprise yourself by conquering your fears whatever they be!

I like it and conquering your fears, what ever or how ridiculous they might be (mine is beyond anyones comprehesion)

I drove to see this chalet to rent. Owner was there to show it. With some other guy, chimney sweeper cleaning the fireplace. They both spoke russian. So I didn´t understand a word.

Chalet was what I had expected and good location. But he started asking questions...how many people etc. others are couples with kids, but you are alone with the kid? And there he went on saying how working moms amaze him with the various hats they wear. And how the mom-hat is one you never take off. And I replied that it is the weightiest and most important hat I will wear, ever.

Then he wanted to show a better chalet he has, in different location that meets my criterion for sure. Went to his car to get this folder of chalets he owns. First thing I saw was the price and rent for it, so I was not interested. He thought I didn´t like the interior. God no, the place and view is absolutely stunning, ideal in every way and it has everything. Now, I´m going there with the same price my original plan was.

That´s excellent. What is confusing and worrying me is he sent a text with video clip of last New Year eve´s fireworks. And wrote not to buy any fireworks.
I don´t understand. I hope he is just being polite ...if I feel trapped my energy level is going south.
