Well, I'm back home and ready to report on my Surprise Party. Had a wonderful time and really honestly had a Surprise. Told you I talked to my son in FL this am. Well, he was the surprise. He flew in yesterday and son in NJ picked him up at a/p. No one else knew he was coming. When we got there, all (except him) were there to yell "SURPRISE". Went to greet all (18 people) and when I turned back around there he was. Haven't seen him since my husband's funeral.
We had a great time, lots of laughs and great food. As usual when the family gets together, we hear lots of "war" stories. They are always hilarious.
So now I have company for a couple of days. He goes back to Tampa on Tues.

SO, EVERYBODY, I HAD A WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!

Thanks blubelle. Have been. Off to daughter's for lunch and to spend a few hrs. Dinner cooking in slow cooker so I don't have to rush to make it when we get back.

Forgot how much he talks. I'm so used to quiet my ears are ringing. Put him to work setting up DVD player in bedroom for me. Gives me a breather. Love him to death but WOW!
