I like that house a lot better on the outside than the inside. Great garden and roof deck. The inside is totally typical bland brownstone remodel. Stripped down and no personality. I wonder if Fertig envisioned it as a rental property when he bought it. Looks like it to me.
Now that they're really trying to enforce the short-term rental laws I guess it only makes sense to him to sell.
