Finally found a doll that would work for a George Clooney ( an ooak that ive wanted to do for awhile now ) Hope you like )


Before his repaint, I did some resculpting around the hairline and his mouth to get a better likeness of George. To repaint his face ( and hair ) I first carefully removed all of his old facepaint as I do all my repaints. I repainted him by looking at pictures of George Clooney. I use quality acrylic paints ( Golden ) and all paint has been sealed with artist sealer for permanence and protection. He also has detailed facial shading with pastels to give him a more realistic look. He will come dressed in the outfit he is pictured in ( black shirt, black pants, and black dress shoes ) If your a George Clooney fan, you wont want to miss this ooak!


ABOUT ME: I have been repainting dolls now for over 10 years and last six focusing on celebrities. Before dolls, and as far back as a preteen....Ive been doing portraits ( which is what Ive always loved to do ) starting to draw celebrities like Bette Davis and Elizabeth Montgomery from my dads Hollywood books. Pencil and pen used to be my medium, now its acrylics. My canvas used to be paper, now it is dolls ( which I do love and also collect ) I do still draw portraits when time permits, but repainting dolls will also be a part of my life ( for as long as im physically able )

All my dolls come with a Barbie display box ( unless the larger Tonner dolls ) and signed card.

If I had money and a job , I might buy it. Overall, I think it is cute. It makes me laugh.

However, I do wonder if George is really "Okay" with the concept of selling a doll that is his look-a-like. I am sensing he might secretly be spooked about it, because people might buy the doll to perform voodoo hexes and create body pain sensations for him. There are some weird people out there.

I would just be concerned that some weirdo would take the doll look-a-like to a George Clooney real live presence event. The weirdo would keep the George doll in public sight and talk to it as if it were really George. Then as real George is performing, the weirdo would talk to the George doll to tell him how he is performing as real George is performing (kind of like a present moment critic) The weirdo might also do little crazy things to the doll in public to initiate body pain sensations while he is performing or even worse, do things to the doll to create an event or mini events of public humiliation for real life George.

The real question is which would George be most uncomfortable with? Body pain sensations or mini events of public humiliation?

I am just concerned for REAL George. I need to understand these pertinent details so that we can better protect him from these episodes of crazy!!!
