George Clooney spending big on Stacy Keibler

If this report is to be believed, it seems former pro wrestler Stacy Keibler hit the jackpot with new man George Clooney.

Keibler - who started seeing the eternal bachelor earlier this fall - has reportedly boosted her number of paid public apearances thanks to her relationship with the silver fox, as well as increasing her Twitter followers, reported In Touch.

"The offers are rolling in - and she's making a ton of money!" an insider told the mag. And the benefits of dating George seem to extend far beyond career coups: In Touch also reported that the 50-year-old actor is spending big bucks on baubles for his lady.

According to a source, Clooney has already bought the 32-year-old blonde a $15,000 Cartier Love bracelet with diamonds and a vintage Hermès handbag.

"He's going all-out," the source said. "He's spending around $100,000 on her gifts!" And for the semi-ridiculous kicker: "George is even buying her a Porsche!" another source said.

I wonder if it's the same as the jewels and I think a designer bag that he bought Canalis? Weren't they so exclusive that they were invisible? I seem to remember Dex posting about her invisible jewellery.

He supposedly bought Sarah diamond earrings too. We did see her wearing diamond earrings, but we never saw any of Canalis's loot.

Was thinking the same thing about the diamond bracelet. Was it the same designer bag, too? Forgot about that! I think its the same bracelet, too.

He doesn't even drive his own Porshce anymore. Must have traded it in. Are Porsche's good on gas? Asking because he's suppose to watching the environment, right and using gas efficient cars.

He doesn't even look happy in the photo they used. LOL!

They'd be searching for days to find one where he REALLY looks happy with her!

I am waiting for a day when she will be so exclusive that she will become also invisible. ( at least for us)

More invisible jewelry. Stacy does wear it though where as Eli rarely did. If he has given her something I doubt she would be shy about showing it off. Same with the car! You can have long dinners but you would think if they had a good time they would have walked out looking a little happier. By the time she got to the car she was really pissed you can see if all over her face in the car pictures. So we know she won't be coming to Oz she get's to hang out with Charlie Sheen, lucky her! George and Charlie have shared a couple of girls I think most of his goddesses have left. Stacy could get his attention at least she could kick his butt if he mucked up. LOL

Katie - I don't know about anyone else, and I'm in no way a religious zealot, but I find the word Crimbo in place of Christmas rather offensive.

Meh, I'd file this under 'fiction'. Nobody would really know what George had bought her except him and his assistant and I doubt they're speaking to In Touch!

As for the whole Porsche story, she's already driving a Lexus 4WD right? Either he's donating his porsche, but more likely this is as true as the house in Malibu he bought for Sarah Larson and the castle in Itlay for Elisabetta.

Also, I would much prefer the sports car to the engagement ring. Granted, if you get the engagement ring, the car could come after that. But come on! Sports car > diamond ring.

I think they have this story like most places a form letter and just change the girl's name each time. I'm sure she is making money out of it but she hasn't been doing that much work!

The first time I heard about him giving jewellery was when he supposedly gave Renee Zellwegger a Cartier bracelet. Another poster at the time said that was his standard goodbye present.

No idea if that's true or not.

George seems to be a man of habit, the only time things /patterns change is when it's being commented on over and over . So it wouldn't surprise me if his GF's got the same gifts.

Even if this is true, which like a lot of people said who knows. It needs to be put in perspective the man is supposedly worth 165 million dollars a 100,000 in gifts is a small percentage. If you are worth a million dollars it would be like spending $600 on a gift for your significant other. It is all relative.

If it is true, I bet he does not even pick out the gifts himself. He probably has his own personal shopper or assistant do it. She/he might even have a set budget for each category, like wedding gifts, girlfriends and birthdays. This person probably likes Cartier that is why he always gives it.

Being a Taurus, and from other people's comments, it sounded like his family growing up was on a financial teeter-totter of up and down, I think he is probably cautious w/ his money. Especially, when you're in a career as fickle as acting. The GF's have a limited shelf-life, so he probably does not invest much in their gifts comparative to his alleged net worth. Now, if he was in a long-term relationship ala Goldie Hawn/Kurt Russell, more money would probably be spent on gifts, since that person had around a long time, and would continue to be around. Either way, for previous GF's like SL, KA, and now SK the gifts are pretty generous, pricey, and probably make them feel like a princess. EC was used to having BF's shower her w/ gifts, including the apartment she has in Milano, so she probably expected more or was disappointed.

Yes i think Mel is having some fun. I doubt George would spend that much he would be broke by now if he kept giving all the girls he dates Cartier jewelry and Hermes bags. Besides I would think some of his exes would sell them so they wouldn't have to work two jobs if they did that well out of him. I just can't help but think that Stacy would make everyone knew!

The apartment in Milan Ely is an old house and very nice but if you bought her and a long time before I met George. It seems (so the papers have written) that he gave her the record of Cartier diamonds, diamond earrings she wore in Venice and a villa in Cabo (but I think this is a lie)!

That's my every day bag. Not real leather, of course, but has lasted 2 years. I like Macy's for dress up. And, I have a nice Macy's for decent casual.

I totally agree with you. The problem is most people won't buy a rag to look at pics of Nick & Nina, knowing that Nina would not be in a skimpy bikini or an indecently low-cut dress. Don't forget that every time they show a nearly naked pic of SK, they mention G and his latest movie. It's like selling cologne and cars; only the models are wearing less clothes. "Old-school publicity tricks," said Ted Casablancas. Leo DiCaprio does nearly the same thing to sell his projects. Sex sells.
