Recipe: Amal Clooney's Pizza with Pesto and Sweet Corn

Well, this is random. Of her many undoubted talents, I don't think cooking is one. Here goes . . .

Amal Clooney's Pizza with Pesto and Sweet Corn
Amal Clooney

London, U.K.
Ingredients
Pesto
Tomato
Mozzarella cheese
Sweet corn
Pizza dough:
500g flour
300g water
30g oil
10g salt
5g yeast
Preparation
Make a dough (weight should be about 120g). Leave for 8 to 10 hours.
Make a pizza round base and add tomato, mozzarella, and sweet corn.
Bake at 250° C (~480° F) for 15-20 minutes.
Then, just before serving, spread pesto sauce across the base.

I'm sorry, folks. I try to be all supportive and that, but this 'recipe' is surely a joke?? Why on earth would you use an entire packet of flour just to make 120g of dough?

I remember when they and Nina were in NY at some high end restaurant and the owner offered both ladies his new cook book. Amal answered I don't cook. It's here somewhere on COH- just too lazy to find it.
