The mysteries of the world aren't hidden in the pyramids, or locked within Tilda Swinton's dream diary. Oh no. They're inside George Clooney: a man that, through cosmic designs/very good self-maintenance, hasn't aged since 2003. And now, he's surpassed mortal divinity once more: this time, with the world's most perfect beard.
On the campaign trail of his latest directorial gig, an adaptation of Joseph Heller's seminal satire Catch-22, Clooney debuted a beard that was Just Right. Years flitting between clean-shaven and full Jeff Bridges hirsutery has resulted in facial hair that does several things at once. Let's break it down.

First, it's the right amount of facial fuzz. In an age when countless guys confuse a big bushy beard for a personality, Clooney has kept it cropped.
