She is an adoring mother to twins Ella and Alexander.  
And Amal Clooney was truly a hands-on mom as she carried both of her cherubic children in New York City on Thursday.  
The bundled-up one-year-olds held onto their own little teddy bears with festive red ties as they left the hotel in the arms of their mother.

Family first! Amal Clooney was truly a hands-on mom as she carried both of her cherubic children in New York City on Thursday
Little Ella wore a fluffy white beanie and carried a stylish brown bag decorated with stickers. 

Her beaming mother easily carried her little ones as she braved the frigid NYC winter in style.   



As usual the lawyer looked the height of style, rocking a soft animal print vest, black leather trousers, and knee-high boots. 
She wore a black newsboy cap atop her flowing curls and a perfectly done up face of makeup.

It's been a little over a year since Amal and and her husband George Clooney welcomed their twins into the world. 
Just four months after the couple became parents, George revealed the twins were already developing their own personalities. 
In an interview with Extra, the actor said his son is 'just a thug, he's a fat little boy, he laughs louder than everyone in the room.

Man of style: Clooney braved the cold in a sharp blue coat and jeans in New York on Thursday



The Ocean's Eleven star said his daughter already looked like her mother. 
Ella is 'very elegant and dainty and has these big beautiful eyes, she looks like Amal.'   
Back in April, Amal revealed to Vogue that their children had already said their first words.   
She said coyly: 'We've had some "Mamas" and "Dadas." George was very careful to ensure that "Mama" was the first word.'

Ella was holding her little bag and Nina was carrying Alexanders.

It looks like Nina wanted no part in the pap' pictures.  Again with all the fake news out there, it's nice to see Amal with her children.  


A proud mother of twins, Amal globally recognized as an advocate for truth in journalism, it stands to reason why she was given the UN Global Citizen Award. 

Anybody got any idea why we have two threads for the same story?

Good question, I posted the first thread, Annemarie posted the 2nd story.

TMZ just ran a segment of Amal leaving the hotel with the twins and they didn't blur the twins' faces. Alexander looks exactly like George when he was a baby. Ella's face was more hidden but she looks very pretty.

From the posts here it seems at least Nina and maybe George were also there, but TMZ only showed Amal and the twins.

Lizzy, I saw the pictures!!!  And I thought the same exact thing, one of the twins has a picture perfect resemblance of George Clooney in his baby pictures.  Amazing...

There is a picture of George with the bodyguard and a suitcase. The video only shows Amal , Nina and the twins getting in the car.

Amazing how much Alexander is the spitting image of George as a baby.  And from what I could see of Ella she looks like a little Amal.  Pretty much mini-mes of George and Amal!

Alexander's feet are so much bigger than Ella's...

Why do people get so excited when Amal does things like carry her children, or even spend time with them? She's their mother. This is normal activity. No trophy for doing what you're supposed to do as a parent just because you're famous.

I didn't notice their feet, so cute.

 On Jimmy Kimmel's show, George was much more impressed with the size of another part of Alexander's anatomy. He said he takes after his father. Maybe there is something to the saying "Big feet, big ..."!

That guy looks like a whoooole lot of trouble.....fasten your seatbelt George, Alexander will run rings around you... and he has the secret advantage of Ella, his total backup.... look how she carries her little “cabin bag” too cute, I want to buy the bag.... Alexander, on the other hand got a willing “female” to do it for him.....

I love seeing those cute toddlers of George and Amal, but I do not like the way Alexander is dressed for a very cold winter day in NYC. Unlike Ella, his mother, the bodyguard and most of the people around he did not have any cappy on his head and no shawl like even their teddies had around their neck. He is a boy but still a baby boy, who should be protected from cold especially in the head area. This is not the first time his mother is carrying him inappropriately dressed for the season as was the case on Nov.14 leaving the Carlile..
The TMZ video also shows her staggering to the limo under the weight of her children maybe because of her high heel boots too A very weird and dangerous situation for the kids. At a moment I thought she would fall or drop one of them. Why on earth did she have to carry them both while her husband, mother-in-law, bodyguards and for sure some nannies were present there? Was it for the sake of a pap walk operation? Poor Alexander was looking frightened because of the flashlights of the paps, the bodyguard was at a loss to get them into the. limo with all the unwanted. people around. Their leave from the hotel could have organised as much as their arrival so that nobody would have noticed them leave. But my impression is that it was willingly done like that.

Just to be clear this was not the front entrance of the Four Seasons. And we've had no idea they  there for several months.

The attention would be becos of her speech. The security man very close to her is their own - you can see George hugging him straight after they got in - and it is entirely possible the children  both wanted to be held by Mum. Nanny in quilted coat nearby. Many other pix Legion-media.ru -and Alexander did not look worried in the every shot of the 20 seconds it took to jump into the car. Take a look

The reports I saw only mentioned Amal and their children.  I saw George Clooney in some pictures.  I saw Amal and the children in some pictures.  

When Amal exited the Four Seasons with the children, George Clooney was with them?

I see the bodyguard with George Clooney and I see the bodyguard with Amal and the children in the Four Season pictures.  By the reports I saw George Clooney was not with Amal and the children when these pictures of Amal exiting the Four Seasons with the children where taken.  

My question is: When Amal exited the Four Seasons with the children, was George Clooney with them?  Or are the pictures of George Clooney from a different time.

It might just be that Alexander is the fussy sort of kid who doesn't like to wear any head wear or scarf maybe it just bothers him.

May be, George brought down the luggage and Amal came down with the kids. We know they were leaving because George hugged the body guard, I think to thank him.

I wouldn't worry about Alexander being under-dressed for the weather. The trip from the hotel to the car couldn't have taken more than a few minutes at the most. Hardly enough time for him to suffer from exposure to the cold. I'd be more worried about him being dropped by his oh-so-fashionable mother. She obviously believes in form over function.

Also, just noticed: Maybe the reason Ella is all wrapped up in hat and shawl is because she'd only wearing a denim jacket more suitable for warmer weather while Alexander seems to be wearing a winter jacket.

From pictures and reports I've seen, there was NOTHING that states they left at the same time.  It's NOT a big deal they left at two separate times.

Amal birthing these babies she's pictured with has to be her pride and joy and a wonderful Dad to boot!!!

Just think after winning the United Nations Global Citizen Award, Amal's children will be able to look back and see pictures with their Mom the very next day.
