I haven't watched in a while but this looks like it will be fun. I wonder what they'll do about the Doctor's wife. I love Alex Kingston in everything she does and especially as Dr. Who's wife! I guess I'll have to start watching again.

I’m sorry to say I’ve never watched this series.  I had no idea it has been around for so long.  Jodie Whittaker?  Is that her name?   Great personality.  I can imagine George would be a bit flattered by codename  ‘Clooney’.  
Alex Kingston is a terrific actress and like so many famous actors who have been around for a while she’s also an ‘ER’ alum.

Donnamarie - If you want to see it, BBC America is running it. It's been on almost every night for the last few weeks. I don't know which season they're up to because I haven't had time to watch, but I'm guessing it's the most recent so people can catch up before the new Doctor starts.

If you like fantastic sci-fi (more like Lost in Space than Star Wars) you'll probably like this. Lots of campy fun.
