Photographs of George at an exhibition

This afternoon I went to a doctor in a bigger town nearby, and when I'd finished, I visited ​an exhibition at a museum for modern art there. They showed photographs, taken by famous photographers like Ellen von Unwerth and Bryan Adams. The title was 'Dream woman and dream men and what defines beauty'.
It was really fascinating (my favourite portrait was a black and white photograph of an old Lady, taken by her daughter).

They also had two photographs of George, both taken by Martin Schoeller. I took one of them as my avatar, I wanted to use a pic of George I had taken myself.

Oh, we had those photos of George by Martin Schoeller on this site. Let's see if I can find them again.

Not one of my fave pics of George either. But I like the honestly that IMO shows through both the Obama and George's photos.

I don't think there were too many women. He was single and famous so he dated. He wasn't ready to be serious which I think was fine.

Agreed, Annemarie. He was just having fun. He said many times that after his marriage failed he was totally focused on his career and didn't think he should commit to a serious relationship. By the time Amal came along he was an established star and could afford to devote his energies to things other than career-building.

That photo always reminds me of a mug shot they take when you get arrested - especially when I see it in black and white!
