Not sure about this, Sevens, because the list of guests is from the 2016 event.

And I wonder if George will go to the Cesars alone........or talk about his new 'role'?!

I don't think that's the 2016 guests list. At least George, Portman, Washington and Casey Affleck were not at last year's event.
At I'm pretty sure Amal will at least show up at the Cesar as Paris isn't far away.
