Today Nadia Murad and Lamjya Aji Bashar were awarded with the Sakharov Prize by the European Parliament.

What's not in this article but in a German article I'd read as well: 
President of the European Parliament Schulz also welcomed Lamiya's brother who was thought to be dead and reunited with his sister (his only remaining family member) in Strasbourg yesterday.
