On the website which is dedicated to Amal's fashion I just found a link to a TV report about George and Amal's visit to Beirut. As you might imagine, I have no clue what was said but it also included a reference to Elias Bou Saab by Bill Clinton:

I think this may be in NYC - as Alison said - and not Beirut. Think I was fooled by the wallpaper - and the fact that the first place I found it was in a Lebanese publication! Sorry guys
