Has he had the ball tightening surgery yet? I'm sure there is one he surely must need it after all he has a young wife.

well, wouldn't surgery #1 sort of take care of the need for surgery on his neck??  If you tighten skin firm enough, everything smooths out!!  Course, if he smiles, his scrotum might lift up to his navel!!!!!
