It is a great dress ,the yellow gold color in china  symbolizes neutrality and good luck.

Quite an unusual colour for a red carpet dress, I haven't seen many gold dresses, but it seems to work. Very eye catching and pretty!

She wasn't able to make it to the UK premiere of husband George Clooney's new movie, Tomorrowland, but Amal more than made up for it on Monday. 

The barrister, 37, attended the Tokyo premiere at Roppongi Hills and looked incredible in a yellow satin dress which flattered her figure. 

George, 54, was more than happy to act the gent at the event, as he tenderly held out his arm for his wife of eight months as he guided her towards the red carpet.

While the actor looked smart in a dark suit, Amal's pretty look was completed with a yellow flower which she wore on the strap of her dress. 





She wore shoes in the exact same hue as the halter neck number and kept her make-up soft, as her husband waved to hordes of delighted fans.

The Disney movie inspired by the theme park attraction cost $180 million to make and pundits predict it will make just $40.7 million over the four days, according to Deadline.

Pitch Perfect 2, in its second week, surprised with its continued strong performance, taking in a projected $37.9 million and coming close to unseating Tomorrowland at the top of the heap. 

Meanwhile, Amal has recently concluded her teaching term at Columbia in New York City and has resumed representing her high-profile clients. 

George recently admitted that the couple have vowed never to spend more than seven days apart in a bid to prioritise one another. 

They were seen arriving in Haneda Airport in Tokyo together while hand in hand on Sunday morning as Amal continues to support her famous husband.

the guy is holding Hands with another woman as well. When you look both his Hands he is holding Hands with two women. Maybe it was a group Picture and George is Holding the other womans Hand but the pic got cut and it Looks like only Amal and this guy are Holding Hands.

I saw that he was holding another woman's hand too. Who is he by the way? I haven't seen the movie yet, is he acting in it or a producer,...? They must know him pretty well since she is holding his hand.

The couple with Amal and George are guests according to Getty .

it's a bit odd that he is holding Amal's hand while her husband is nearby.

I don't think it is odd. There were a Group and were holding Hands all together but the pic got cut. I would not think too much into it. But it does look funny. At first I was like "oh man George looks so different"....

I really wanted to see Amal in person on the Shanghai carpet but her presence got canceled in the last minute as she had to handle some work business at the hotel. such a shame.

Sevens I'm sure you will have more chances to see her.

George and Amal look stunning together.  Beautiful dress and I love how Amal styled her hair.  

Been so impressed by the two actresses in Tomorrowland.  How they have presented themselves.  Very professional and always look so lovely at the premieres.

This may not be the best dress for Amal. Is it really a "pretty" look when you have protruding hip bones and the outline of your pelvis is clearly visible?

The dress is by Mason Margiela and the stylists is John Galianos partner. So I think he put the look together for her.

I think the dress looks gorgeous on her slim body.  She looks elegant and sinewy. I always think Amal looks best in fitted outfits.

Fairly sure that the "guests" are yet another family member (?brother ?cousin) and his wife.

Not a fan of this particular ensemble for Amal.

Who else has their in-laws on the red carpet? Guests at the premiere, sure. But actually walking the red carpet and being photographed? George is very indulgent.

Any more promotion after this? He doesnt look good. Tired? Sleep? Jet lagged?

I think next will be lake Como Maybe before that LA to pack his Swimming Shorts hehehe

That would make sense , when at Disney in Cali they were with some one from Disney.

I think maybe back to Los Angeles and then in June Lake Como. He said in September they move in to their home in England.

I don't think George is going there because of this case. I'm sure he doesn't want to make a Hollywood Circus out of her case. I think he will stay in Como.

I'm sure he can't wait for his holidays after so much travelling. As he likes Sushi I wonder if he will visit an original Sushi Restaurant in Tokyio

I have to agree he wouldn't go when she is working , they may go later after the case.

Amal's dress is beautiful  and the colour and make-up looks good on her. She is the star of the show now. All eyes on Amal.

I thought there was talk about Amal showing George around and maybe combining a trip to Ireland with her work.

I know there was talk of him going to Ireland with Bono, George and the reporter joked about not riding bikes with Bono because of his accident.

If George and Amal do an Ireland trip i would think it will be separate from her work.  

I can't imagine George could be in Tokyo and not do sushi.  

I thought George and Amal looked great together.  I think George really loves having her with him on these trips.  She's his partner and at the end of the day I would hope he can lean on her when he's tired and can't sleep. 

 And I'm sure George is tired but he has held in there and gone the extra mile to promote this film.   I don't think the Disney people could have asked for a better spokesperson.
