George Clooney enjoys another day in Mexico - but this time his parents join the fun



It seems like one never-ending honeymoon for these newlyweds.

And though the tropical location was extremely romantic, George Clooney and wife Amal were joined by the actor's parents on Sunday as they enjoyed another day soaking up the Mexican sun.

Also seen with the duo were pals Cindy Crawford and husband Rande Gerber on their extended Christmas break in Los Cabos.

Dressed in a black T-shirt and blue shorts, 53-year-old George chatted with pals including Cindy and her husband at an outdoor tequila bar.

Amal wore a gorgeous butterfly print sundress and floppy black sun hat and could be seen taking in the ocean views from a terrace. 

Supermodel Cindy displayed her long tanned legs in a oversized sweater with her tousled brunette locks looking perfectly beachy.

Relaxing: Supermodel Cindy, 48, was seen showing off her legs in a mini sweater dress
The families have been at the beachside resort since before Christmas.

Rande told Architecture Digest that it the area has long been their second home, saying: 'Long before the houses were built, we would travel to Baja together, staying at different hotels and drinking tequila.'

The idea to create their holiday compound came up between the two men and Cindy as they wanted a place they could come every year when they finally have children. 





Cindy said: 'We saw this oceanfront lot and thought maybe it made sense to build something.

Time to tan: Businessman Rande, 52, enjoyed a stretch as he took off his shirt to soak up some winter rays

Lazy days: The couples were seen chilling out at a tequila bar at the resort on Saturday 
'Once we had kids, we would go on vacation at Christmas But you’d have to book hotels a year in advance, and then you’d get there and they never quite lived up to expectations.'  

This year, of course, is George and Amal's first Christmas as a married couple as they wed in Venice, Italy on September 27, after dating for a year.

George - who has been married once before in the Nineties to Talia Balsam - swore he would never marry again and has dated a string of beautiful women since but, the human rights lawyer managed to change his mind. 







Meanwhile, Barbara Walters crowned Amal the Most Fascinating Person Of 2014 in an ABC News special that aired earlier this month.

At the start of the show Walters proudly told viewers that 'most of our fascinating people are women this year', even though her top 10 went on to contain five men and five women.

But rather than focus on Amal’s successful career as a human rights lawyer, the TV host said she had been given the top spot because she snapped up Clooney as her husband.

'You could say hers was the wedding of the year, but let’s put it into perspective, it was really one of the greatest achievements in human history,' Walters said

The butterfly dress must have been for a less casual gathering. I can only see a glimpse of Nick C, but I can't imagine Amal would get all dolled up when everybody else is in tees and trunks.

I like the butterfly dress. Way2, are you referring to the tee and trunk ensembles? That's how the Express likes to refer to the beachwear.

PAN yes I saw on Amal's style blog. Thanks! So cute. I've already seen three different floppy hats on Amal. Geez, how many hats did she bring with her. Wondering if George has had to redo all his bedroom closets to accommodate Amal's wardrobe?

Uh actually on second look it's only two different hats. So I'll retract what I said above.

From looking at all these pics from the Casamigos mini bar George seems to really dislike (more than usual) the intrusion of the photogs. He keeps looking their way and everyone else there is following suit. He just seems more aggravated than usual over the past three days.

Well since this is the only spot he seems to be photographed, there is an obvious solution to that.  One that he apparently does not take advantage of.

I thought it was Rande's son sitting next to G, it's GC's mom! Amal looks like she is about to cry,everybody else is happy. Where are her parents? Cindy looks beautiful, Rande is a hunk, show off!

I think George may be annoyed by what ever the press is doing to get their attention. In other pictures he looks happy and seems to be enjoying himself. I think Amal looks fine she is dressed for a beach vacation and is obviously trying to avoid too much sun.

I wonder if this area is exclusively used by George and his guests. I think maybe for privacy they have this area to use for themselves.

I remember when George and Stacy were dating and they were in Cabo they frequented this minibar area with guests. I remember Alex Rodriguez (gag) was hanging out with them at one point. Obviously the paps know where to catch George in Cabo now that you really can't get a glimpse of him from his house. Whenever there have beens pictures taken of him with his friends there doesn't seem to be people we don't know hanging there too.

I think Amal looks lovely with her hat. She seems to always wear a hat in the sun except for the first day we saw her in her green coverup. Even the pics from the Seychelles this year showed her wearing a hat. She looks pretty natural to me. And Cindy looks beautiful too.

A lot of women choose to wear hats when in the sun, prevents too much sun on the face which can cause premature ageing.  Nothing strange in it at all.

Yes me too. When I'm in hot countries I wear a hat too because my scalp gets burned easily. I mean who puts sun screen on your scalp hehe.

You see, Cindy and mother's George uses no hat all the time . Amal is very strange and very different from George, He is relaxed. I doubt that this marriage will last a long time.

So, do they not actually get in the ocean when they're in Cabo? Or they do, but only on their private beachfront...? It just seems odd that we never see them in the water.

There's no way I'd go to Cabo and not windsurf, or something.

I'd imagine if they do go into the sea there's an embargo on pictures ?
I believe the holiday homes have their own swimming pools in a private area.

Right. I rember those pics PAN. But Eli went by herself. Never with George. Or when she had her friends/brother visit in Cabo they would be walking with her. And Stacy walked with Cindy on the beach. And I've seen pics of Rande and Cindy on the beach. Never George. I assume he just doesn't want the paps getting even more pics of him. Or maybe he isn't into the ocean. But that seems foolish if you're going to have a beachfront home. Go dip your toes George.

Oh, okay. So at least someone gets/has gotten in the water.

I guess George just needs a sunny winter place to hang and drink.

Eli and Stacy was more then happy to show off their nice bodies. Amal is so skinny, I doubt she looks good in a bikini, so we will probably never see her in one. Surprise me Stan.  

And George jumped into the water when he was with Celine. Of course he was a lot younger then.

I think Amal likes her skinny body. Apparently, George does, too. She strikes me as mostly modest, so even if she had an ass, I doubt she'd be parading it around.
