Le ville che si affacciano su questo specchio d’acqua incantata sono dei veri e propri sogni d'architettura, da quelle storiche come l’ex reggia dei Versace a quelle più nuove ristrutturate dai Vip. Villa d’Este, oggi divenuta albergo, ma anche Villa Arconati o Villa Carlotta: vere e proprie opere d’arte su sfondo naturale.
