Im not really sure what to make of this, feels like a bit of a parody whilst acknowledging GC's satellite spying of Omar

Here's an article that sort of relates to the video above.
The Word: George Clooney is Big Brothering Sudan
george_clooney_01
Cue all the headlines screaming “The Spy Who I Wish Shagged Me.” Because George “Handsomest Almost Geriatric Rascal in the Biz” Clooney is apparently extending his varied résumé (which currently includes bedding Hollywood’s most eligible bimbos, among other talents) to include espionage.
OK, not really. But he made some jokes about it. Clooney, who just made a boatload of money for his appearance in a series of Nespresso commercials, told the Guardian that he’s spending that loot on a satellite he has aimed at Sudan. Clooney is also well-versed in matters of international importance, you see.
Clooney joked that he’s “keeping an eye” on Sudanese dictator Omar al-Bashir because he wants “the war criminal to have the same amount of attention that I get. I think that’s fair.” See how he brought this thing full circle, back to number one? That there is some good self-PR.
