There is a picture there also but I cannot get it. Two ladies are holding a picture of George and one lady, but he has a beard. sitting behind where they are standing looks "to me" like George sitting at a counter, with no beard???

The framed pix are from his first scouting trip there, as are the ones in the left hand column, aren't they?

Don't worry Mazy, appreciate your help and you did well: it's always easier for me if people start new threads rather than stick everything in the same thread because it's easier to merge two threads together than to try to separate one thread into two. If there are new sightings of George then please always make a new thread. If it's just information about shooting without pictures of him, then we can keep it on the Monuments Men thread.

Sorry I think maybe you misinterpreted my post - I was just trying to let people know that the picture you referred to was in the Monuments Men thread - thanks for posting your information, you do a great job, don't stop now x
