Broker babble tells us that "If George Clooney were a condo he'd be this HANDSOME circa 1912 classic," so there's that. The lower level of the two-story condo has the main living areas, upstairs houses the bedrooms and master suite plus a media room. Monthly HOA dues are $570 and there's 2-car parking in the garage.

I'm thinking that if George Clooney were a condo, he wouldn't be stripped floorboards and zebra stripe furnishings.
