Well you know, like a leaky faucet, eventually everything floods and all hell breaks loose.
Another thought- if George has enough influence to squelch any "nudie" photos of Stacy he may have done so. Let's not forget she hasn't even posed in an ass baring bikini (like Eli did) since she's with him. I'm assuming per his directives. Just my opinion.

Re: The Stacy Keibler general thread - part 10
Having said that however, I don't think it's our business to judge anyone else but...in the same way many of Georges fans seem to put him up on a pedestal, I think suggesting she is better than some of his other choices also makes little sense. She seems pretty much identical to the other women he's hooked up with. Hey, they all even kind of look alike (-: but suggesting that Eli was somehow worse than Stacy or Sarah was even worse, in my view is illogical because they all seem the same. and, if the two videos I've seen on this site of Stacy are any indication, I'd say wrestling is pretty close to soft porn at least for women! How kids are able to watch this stuff in primetime is beyond me!
Anyway, I guess I'm not as solid a fan as you and Joanna because knowing more about his friends like Cindy or Rande, who I also find vapid and totally image consumed, has made me not like him as much personally. I still love him in movies but, as a woman, think he'd be the guy in the bar I'd smile at and move on if, and I realize it's not going to happen, he hit on me because it's pretty clear he's a player. At first it turned me off completely and I stopped coming here. But then I realized I enjoyed all of you and there's an odd fascination with what he will do next. It's kind of fun George watching!

Also you can show your private parts without being completely nude, you know...
To give you some quality time though I picked one as my avatar, enjoy:)
P.S. One of the most ridiculous pictures of an adult woman I've ever seen and I think it wasn't for a costume party, was it?

They're all birds of a feather. You can either think they're all dreadful or they're all fine but I can't see how one can really be considered 'better' than any of the others. They were all young enough to be his daughter, they were all lacking in educational achievements, they had all featured in T&A titillation photos (except for Krista who actually did show her 'private parts' in porn films), they all got jobs where looking pretty was the most important qualification.
In short: they are all consistently George's type.
He considers them good enough to date him so I'm not sure why it should be such an issue for fans who don't have to have anything to do with them. Well, apart from poor old Krista who got publicly denied but when you see his fans having a complete meltdown at Stacy showing part of her bum when you can see more nudity in a perfume advert in a glossy women's magazine, then you can kind of understand why he felt he had to hide her.

Re: The Stacy Keibler general thread - part 10
I don’t get how it can be considered mean spirited or judgmental to acknowledge when a public figure does not live up to the image that they have chosen to the present to the world. Maybe two faced is ok in your world but not in mine. I don’t think that is judgemental – I think it is a normal and society acceptable practice to identify and acknowledge when someone is actively presenting falsehoods to promote themselves and /or for financial gain. If someone is using celebrity as the sole promotional grounds as to why I should buy a product (tv show, support a particular charity, etc) then I expect the person who selling the product to be honest about it. If you are selling seeling the earth mother angle to sell stuff, then don’t farm your kids out to a nanny 99% of the time and only have them around for photo ops. If you are selling health and taking care of yourself, then don’t have an eating disorder and be punishing your body. If you are selling that you support gay rights, don’t be a homophobe in private. If you sell yourself as a family man, don’t be having an affair when you are married. Why should G and Stacy be exemption from an expectation of honesty in what they do? And if their behaviour does not meet the public expectation for the public position or pay check that they have taken, why is it wrong to question them? George said years back that it is patriotic to question your government. So he can question the government but no-one can question him or his gf of the moment? What’s that word I am thinking of? Oh right, hypocrisy.

Re: The Stacy Keibler general thread - part 10
Based on what we do hear, I would have to agree all of them are basically full of you know what as far as what they say and do. And you're right, hypocrisy is rampant among all of the women he "dates" not to mention with George himself!
My view is I don't see the point in debating which one is worse since they all seem pretty much the same to me. And, I guess I find it funny that there is so much vitriol towards the women he dates while at the same time many are suggesting that poor old George is suffering somehow in their company.
"Poor old George" is basically picking the same girl over and over again. He obviously has a type. As much as he seems intelligent, interested in the world and says the right things about women in movies, the fact is that he likes them young, very sexy and at his beck and call. You're right that they're only with him because of his fame and money. But I think as Katie says, he's fully aware of that. They both seem to be using each other. And, sadly, for the women, once he's done with them, they don't seem to get much out of being the former GF of.
Anyway, I'm so sorry if it seemed like I was in any way suggesting you don't have the right to your opinion. I agree with you. I think she's a hypocrite. Which is why I won't be watching her new show, I'm not following her lead and doing a cleanse and I would never trust her guidance about health and exercise.

Re: The Stacy Keibler general thread - part 10
I think there's two separate and, for me, unrelated statements there.watching wrote:I don’t get how it can be considered mean spirited or judgmental to acknowledge when a public figure does not live up to the image that they have chosen to the present to the world.
Firstly, for me 'mean spirited' means simply a negative reason for why someone's doing or saying something. It doesn't mean their actions are necessarily wrong or unjustified, it just means the reason behind why they do something is unkind.
To use an imaginary example, if you have smudged your lipstick and your friend points it out to you, it's fine, right? She's trying to help you and make sure you look good. But if your bitterest enemy points it out to you it's not fine; she's pointing out a failing to the whole world to make you feel bad. in both cases you had smudged lipstick so the only difference is the reason for why each person pointed it out to you.
So, to criticism of George and Stacy. If the criticism is valid and brought about in a way to stimulate discussion or maybe make things better for the people being criticised, then fine. But if criticism is raised because the person doing the criticising gets her kicks from belittling people and making them look bad then it's mean spirited. Whether the criticism is valid or not is irrelevant; it's the rationale behind the criticism that matters.
That's not to say no one should ever criticise. That would be both silly and impossible. But what I advise is to be clear in the reasons for why you [this is a general 'you' and not you, Watching, specifically] are criticising. Pointing out hypocrisy, falsehoods, deception are all good reasons IMO. Doing it because saying nasty things about someone else makes you feel happy is probably not [again that's a general 'you'].
====================
The next point you mentioned was hypocrisy and public image. I think that yes, it should definitely be called out and that's something that's beneficial.
However, I do think we should be careful not confuse what a genuine public image is as stated by the person concerned, and stuff that's said about them by others which they have no control over and may even be incorrect.
A genuine image is what the person says about themselves. For example, if George Clooney himself says he's not running an Oscar campaign when he very obviously is, then he's being hypocritical. Or if George Clooney says he's upset by the lack of women's roles in Hollywood but does nothing to alleviate the problem then we can call him hypocritical.
These are all things George has said about himself so they're standards we can hold him to. With George, it's pretty easy to figure out what he's about; he's open and vocal and has given many interviews.
With his girlfriends I think it's harder to get a grip on their real image, firstly because they aren't as famous so we don't have as much information to work with and secondly because they're often in a state of transition and it's hard to know where they stand at the moment. Stacy was a wrestler, but hasn't been for six years now. She may have changed since then, have other priorities or opinions. Or she may not. The point is it's hard for us to know exactly what she stands for and the only guidelines we really have are what she's said about herself.
So far as I know, she's never claimed to be a nutritional expert. She clearly has an interest in health and nutrition and as long as what she does in that field is done with assistance of genuine experts, or in line with what knowledgeable professionals say then it's not hypocritical for her to get involved or state her opinion. Although of course it would be nice to see her go back to college and do some studying on the subject.
Likewise with physical fitness. There's no proof that she has an eating disorder (in fact, some posters here don't think she's lost weight!). Even if she did, that doesn't suddenly make her opinion invalid. How many doctors smoke, drink too much, eat the wrong foods or don't exercise? It doesn't mean that they suddenly don't know what they're talking about, only that they don't practice what they preach. Hypocritical? Yes, but all too human.
Which brings me to my final point (I promise!) about criticism. Understand and accept that the people we're criticising are human and therefore a mass of contradictions and hypocrises. Understand that what people say about themselves are generalisations, not hard and fast rules that never change under any circumstance.
The trick is to figure out whether you're being intentionally mislead or if it's simply a perfectly understandable human failing you're looking at. For example, if Stacy Keibler says she likes to eat healthily and is then pictured eating a slice of cheesecake, that's not hypocritical. Healthy people also enjoy dessert and there's nothing wrong with a piece of cheesecake when it's a small part of a healthy diet. However, if she were to say she likes to eat healthily and then is pictured gorging on an entire cheesecake, then vomiting it up then you have a case for hypocrisy. The problem is, we'd never find out about the second scenario.

Re: The Stacy Keibler general thread - part 10
By George, Clooney would be proud! Make-up free Stacy Keibler shows off her 'I voted' sticker in between a gruelling gym session
Her boyfriend is an avid supporter of Barack Obama and the pair were seen at a fundraiser for the President last month. And Stacy Keibler was one of many celebrities at the polling booths on Tuesday to cast her vote for the 2012 U.S Presidential election. The 33-year-old appeared to be doing her bit between a gruelling gym session.
The former wrestler posted a picture of herself make-up free and proudly pointing at her 'I voted' sticker on her Nike exercise top. She wrote in an accompanying caption: 'I #voted Have you?' Stacy and her boyfriend last month attended a fundraiser for Obama at the Nokia Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles. Keibler clapped heartily when Clooney appeared on stage at the event where he was joined by Stevie Wonder, Katy Perry and Earth Wind and Fire.
During the evening, the President remarked that they all always perform 'flawlessly' before adding 'I can’t always say the same' in a reference to his disappointing debate form with Republican Mitt Romney, as the crowd roared.
Before Obama arrived at the theatre, Stevie Wonder led the crowd in chants of Barack the Vote and sang a rendition of his hit Superstition but changed part of the lyrics to Barack Obama for Four More Years. Clooney made a very L.A.-style case for Mr. Obama getting elected to another term.
'Four years ago the stock market was half what it is today, Osama bin Laden was still alive and ‘Beverly Hills Chihuahua’ was the top-grossing movie at the box office,' he said. 'And you want to tell me that we aren’t better off today than we were four years ago?'
Clooney's dedication to U.S. President Barack Obama's re-election campaign knows no bounds. The Hollywood heartthrob also took his Oscar-winning smile to Switzerland back in August for a fund-raising event to rally support for Obama's battle with Republican Romney in Tuesday's Presidential election. Supporters flew in from around the world to attend the Geneva event, which was sponsored by Americans Abroad for Obama, and donated a total of $625,000 (£395,000). It may not seem such an impressive sum, but it added to the $15 million the actor gathered when he hosted a fundraising event at his Los Angeles home in May.
Guests at the fundraiser paid $15,000 per person to dine with Clooney, $5,000 for a photo with him and $1,000 to attend a reception that took place before dinner. The party took place at the lavish home of American lawyer Charles C. Adams Jr, overlooking Lake Geneva. The Ocean's Eleven star forged close ties with Obama when the president was still a senator and they were both campaigning to end the conflict in Darfur, Sudan.
Clooney's May fundraiser attracted a raft of A-list celebrities, including Robert Downey Jr, Barbara Streisand and Tobey Maguire, who all paid $40,000 per head to rub shoulders with the president. The epic bash, nicknamed, 'Starmageddon' by the political press, eclipsed the $11 million raised for Mr Obama by a Barbara Streisand concert and dinner in 2008. Other celebrity voters seen out on Tuesday were Katy Perry, Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, Sarah Jessica, Halle Berry, January Jones and Hilary Duff, among many others.

STACY KEIBLER IS A MASSIVE-BIG BONED WOMAN.
No matter how much adipose tissue & muscle she loses, her endomorphic body frame remains huge.
She towers over the PUNY-CLOONEY and has much broader shoulders than the average male. She's huge.
And so BODY DISPMORPHIC DISORDER stricken Stacy is trying to downsize that massive body frame but she'll always be a huge skeletal frame.
Oh, I'm only giving MY OPINION HERE, which is SO obvious to anyone with eyes.
TOO BAD YOU PR NETWORK CONTRIBUTORS WHO PROMOTE KEIBLER DO NOT AGREE.
And I also reserve the right to state that she a very unattractive, BLAND woman IMO. With a massive cranium.
But so is Elisabetta Canalis. Androgynous and unappealing.
Albeit of smaller stature.
KEEP SPINNING, USELESS PR NETWORK.

No wonder George Clooney is into her!
She was spotted leaving Barry's Bootcamp the other day after taking a full body class in Sherman Oaks, CA.
There are so many different workout options and gyms to join, but it seems like Stacy found the one that works best for her.
Seriously, her abs are cray!
If we were her, we'd wear gym shorts and a sports bra all the time!

Picture perfect in black lace And Mr Clooney makes the perfect handbag. Pictures: Getty Images.
Once again a dress that flatters her back.
Love the flapper style detailing.
Workin' it from her best angle in red.
White hot with a candy lip.
A hint of lace and a red lip give this dress an old world appeal.
This bodycon dress is a little too tight for my liking but what a stunning colour.
This is dress perfection A gorgeous fuscia shade, lace overlay, belted waist and ruffled shoulder.
A dark red lip offsets an olive skin tone and dark eyes.
These cutouts expose a toned tummy and are balanced out by a demure hemline.
Stacy lets her curves speak for themselves in this demure yet fitted lace gown.
While this dress is a little too short for my liking Stacy balances it out by covering up her decolletage and shoulders.
Highlighting a perfectly toned back and derierre.
Have you met Miss Keibler?
If not, then I'm guessing you haven't been perving on George Clooney recently!
Stacey Keibler is his latest lady-friend and never strays far from his side in her stylish attire.
Her endless legs, bouncy blonde locks and enviable wardrobe have earned her some serious cred, but there is more to this stunner than her looks.
The 33-year-old model and actress previously worked as a world-class wrestler for two decades!
But let's be honest, it is her privileged lifestyle that we all covet.
Who wouldn't want to wake up of a morning in a million-dollar penthouse to the sight of Mr Clooney.
Or swan around in beautiful couture at the hottest events.
I have put together a gallery of Miss Keibler's best outfits for you to swoon over.
And here are a few style musings as inspired by her:
- The best investment any woman can make is to know her figure well.
- It may sound silly - but stop for a moment and take a good look at yourself. We all have nice features - we just need to realise what they are.
It could be hourglass curves or a perfectly balanced figure, a flat back, nice decolletage, a perfectly toned derriere or long, shapely legs. Or, if you are Stacey, all of the above.
- For best effect choose one feature to highlight at a time.
- Remember, if in doubt always opt for classics.
- The sartorial sisters may roll their eyes at your even skin tone, neat yet free-flowing locks and matching attire, but too bad, classic style never dates.
- Finally, confidence is the best accessory. So stand up tall and smile.
