This morning I had a phone call from a very nice lady from England. She told me that my little Dodge just received a nomination for the Excellence in Bear Artistry Awards, the British teddy bear Oscar.
Little Dodge ( my new avatar) was inspired by George in Leatherheads which means that this film finally got an Oscar - nomination.
Online-voting for the competition starts tomorrow, and if it is okay for everybody, I would like to post the link here.

Just wanted to share something about Mitt Romney's nomination speech last night, Clint Eastwood caused a stir with his solo appearance talking to an empty chair, which took longer and cut into Romney's speech, causing a huge distraction. They said the Obama administration was thinking about a "mystery guest" at the Democratic national convention, but thought better about it. I wonder who that mystery guest was going to be.

I could see the photos when I couldn't sign in before I got the classic version up on my new iPad...they had a live link to click on.....so maybe anyone can see them ???
