What happened?!To IMBd?

It has slowly died. There is a poster that has found a home(like a squatter) has taken complete control of the site, and over a period of time has ruined it (IMO) for everyone!

Do any of you think that the poster in question, was hired by Stan THE MAN, to scare off people from posting? What do you think about that conspiracy theory?

IF the man, Stan, did that, then he sure hired a good one! She/he has scared alot of people off, IMHO!

The 'other' odd ball seems to have gone away now...the one who thought about a dozen of us were the same person LOL....

A few of us who are members here were regular posters over on IMDB. In the last year, Merlin and I have been trying to post updated info, but as mentioned, a certain person has ruined the whole board. Even people who use to drop in now and again and us regulars have all taken a step back. Even talking around this certain poster is not working.

You are so right Sisieq! I don't post over there, kind of afraid to, but I visit. I can't believe some of the stuff that goes on there. Almost scary!!!!

Some posters on IMDB are in the "special category". It doesn't matter what you say they will start a fight. Mind you sometimes they are actually fighting with themselves.

I'm sorry Melbert I have no idea how to explain it..the story is carried on from Just Jared to IMDB...there are about 6 people all hinting and suggesting things about George and various 'girls' and some saying that one of the posters was Stan pretending to be George and blah blah blah blah just totally weird gobbledygook.

When I read crap like that I worry for George and the people in his life.I hope his security is good.

Yes, I worry too. I just assume that whoever oversees George's security is aware of this person (people? I can't work out if this is one person with multiple personalities or several people) and manages her/them.

Katiedot,thanks for the reminder I sometimes forget this is a public forum. It's cause everyone here is so welcoming,even when opinions differ it's debated.in a friendly way.

Yes, this is different from Kimber's forum which I believe requires people to register before they can read.

Everyone here is really friendly and I'd trust all of the members here, but I also know that this site gets around 150 - 200 visitors every day, but only around 15 or 20 people actually post. That means there's a large number of people reading here but not contributing to the discussion, and of course we have no idea who those people are.

Lucy, I have to edit ALOT!!! After you send your post and re-read it and god forbid, find an error or want to add something, you will see an "edit" button on your post (upper right). Just click it and you can add, change, delete something, etc. But, if you do it really fast and then hit send, you will get a "flood control" message that you have to wait 60 seconds to post. Small inconvenience, but well worth it!!

Back to IMDb. For those of you still reading there and who also read on CNCU, I'm sure that Prime Eve on IMDb is the same poster who used to post as both thmsngrb and also Mrs Rib.

Prefer is not Prime Eve nor is she Silverscreen. As far as I'm aware, she only posts as Prefer and no other names.

Silverscreen is Marmot, who also posted as Marmot2, marmotredux, calaloo, bluekitteh and now silverscreen. No matter what her name, she posts hate-filled rants and is convinced that photoshoots with George and Betty are photopshopped - with the exception of red carpet events, which I think even she can't explain away as faked.

Can anyone figure out if g_gutts was also MrsRib/thmsngrb? It seems so from the username (george's gutts = george's rib = george's missing rib = eve (made from George's rib).

There has been an interesting debate going on for about a week about GC & EC break-up and providing proof(link) of info. posted it's about 15 pages long last time I checked.

And yes, SIlverscreen is about to piss off his legal team very shortly. I don't think they care a great deal about what she posts on imdb (or the luncacy on the comments section of JustJared) because she's clearly not going to be taken seriously by anyone when you read all of her posts but she's now posted her fake press release on the Daily Mail comments section, x17 and a number of other places.

It'll be interesting to see what happens now.
