When locals bumped into Stacy Keibler when she was jogging in the hills of Studio City, Calif. a few of them reportedly insulted her by asking if she was an heir to the "cookie company." (No, she wasn't from company that created the Keebler elves.)
Now, after a long honeymoon, Oscar winner and longtime local resident George Clooney is coming home with his new bride, Amal Alamuddin. We may bump into her at the Chop Stop down the block from her house, or popping in for a drink at the Starlite Cantina.
Here are a few things not to say to her . . .

Amal Alamuddin is said to have deactivated her Instagram and Twitter accounts, and never gives out her personal email (if she even has one). She is highly private and is expected to be even more when they set up home in Studio City.

Amal is tri-lingual, and fluent in Arabic, French and English. She studied French in London and holds law degrees from Oxford and New York University.

She's a bit shy about showing off her wedding ring, or her engagement ring from Clooney, and may even be caught sans wedding band.
She was afraid of wearing her engagement ring out in public, but did for parties that they attended during their short engagement. The seven carat diamond ring is estimated at being worth $750,000.
Her wedding ring is a delicate platinum band encrusted in small diamonds.

She is very protective of her family. She has two have brothers, Samer and Ziad, and has a sister, Tala, who married a Lebanese man and lives in Singapore with two daughters.
Her parents are Ramzi Alamuddin, who taught business studies at the American University in Beirut, and Baria Alamuddin, the foreign editor of the Pan-Arab daily Al-Hayat, which is based in London, who was also very upset by reports that she was against the Clooney marriage by some scandalous press reports.
It's pretty common knowledge: they met at a fundraising event in Italy last year via a mutual friend. She refused to take his phone number, so he emailed her instead with the line: "I think the reported hottest man in the world should meet with the hottest human rights lawyer in the world."
She made him wait for a few days and then she put him off two times when he asked her out for dinner. They hit it off on his third try. Their whirlwind romance took them to Mexico, New York City, the Seychelles and on a safari in Tanzania.
It was at his Studio City house in the Fryman Canyon area where he finally popped the question. It was on April 22 , 2014 when he cooked a meal for her at his house, and then got down on one knee and proposed.
Clooney is 53 and she is 36. Don't ask about their age differences either!

It's not a sushi bar along Ventura Boulevard (well not yet, anyway). George like a few of the eateries in his neighborhood and frequents them a lot.
Her favorite restaurant is in London, and it's called LayaLina, located in the fancy area of Knightsbridge. It's a Lebanese restaurant and known as one of the best ethnic restaurants of its kind there.
She does have a nickname, but it wasn't given to her by George. During her days at Oxford colleagues called her "Just Cause" and that was because she was already so very passionate about human rights and political issues. So is George.

His romantic wedding in Venice, Italy was the entire buzz this weekend, and now the very first pictures of George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin’s special day has arrived.

Don't ask to see her ring(s)
Why..? The world has seen it often enough ( getting coffee, airport, going to meetings, fixing her hair. And don't forget the close up in People mag).

Yea, will PigPen I have to agree. Saw that ring more times than my own ass in the mirror after a shower. So her "she's shy about showing it" is a bunch of bull.

Yeah, I think there was more than a touch of sarcasm in the article.
