Message for George Clooney.

George, here it is...as best I can remember....


"They want you to know, "You will never know how much you have helped, how many you have saved.  They want to thank you, they want to thank you, for all you have done. You have not realised or appreciated how much your actions helped"  They were there in Africa, in Darfur with you, they watched over you and saw what you did, saw the kindness and the help, and want to thank you."

No answers needed as far as I'm concerned wwhs. 
I'm sure he's had "someone" watching over him while he's in Africa.
Thank you for having the faith to share that precious experience of yours with us & I hope the message gets to our man some day.


(I remember Nick writing about their first visit and graphically describing a journey in a jeep along rocky territory that they both took together. It wasn't long after George's back injury (Syriana) and treatment and Nick said the air was purple with George's language from the pain he was experiencing.

Just because we don't read much about what George is involved in at Darfur at the moment, doesn't mean he's doing nothing IMO.

Oh My How I USED to admire this man for this reason and this reason alone.. Then reality hit

WWHS - I don't know who you were quoting, but I hope George knows how much his efforts there are appreciated. And I'm sure the people in Darfur/S. Sudan aren't the only ones who feel that way. He's done a lot for many charities and for disaster relief - much of which we don't know about - that has affected the lives of many people.
God bless him for having such a caring heart, and his parents for raising such a compassionate son.

On a week GC reputation has been kicked to the curb, (Fame W** etc;) all over the internet.  This was refreshing, especially all the nice comments that followed.
Yes, we somehow forgot too quickly all the good stuff.  Thanks for posting.

Why does it matter ONE JOT to those of us who are
REAL admirers of George what the rubbish negative rumour-mongering gossip writers write 
about our George, when we know it's just done for them to make money from his name.

IMO there are so many true positive facts that we know  about the man that far outweigh any lies/rumours/tacky rubbish that's being written at the moment.
