Age hasn't curbed these celebrities' sex appeal. Take a look at some of the sexiest Baby Boomer entertainers, from Angela Bassett to Denzel Washington, who are showing that you can still be sexy in your golden years.

Angela Bassett: During her acting career, Bassett has spent time on television and in the movies. She was nominated for an Oscar in 1994 for her portrayal of Tina Turner in "What's Love Got To Do With It." Her other hit films include "Akeelah and the Bee," "Waiting to Exhale," "Malcolm X," and "How Stella Got Her Groove Back." Bassett, who was born Aug. 16, 1958, currently stars in "ER."

Bono: U2's lead singer was born May 10, 1960. Bono -- who is actively involved in social and political issues around the world, especially Africa -- has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize and was named the "Person of the Year" by Time. Bono has won 22 Grammy Awards with U2, and a Golden Globe in 2003 for best original song, "The Hands That Built America," that was created for the film "Gangs Of New York."

Christie Brinkley: The long-time model was born Feb. 2, 1954. Brinkley appeared on three consecutive Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue covers (1979, 1980 and 1981) and has had a long-running contract with the cosmetics line, Covergirl.

Kim Cattrall: Best known for her role as Samantha in "Sex and the City," Cattrall also had roles in "Ice Princess," "Baby Geniuses" and "Crossroads." The actress, who played a promiscuous single in "Sex and the City," was born Aug. 21, 1956.

Cher: Cher has made a career as an entertainer, from singer to actress. She has been won an Oscar, a Grammy and an Emmy, and she has sold more than 100 million records worldwide throughout her five-decade long career.

George Clooney: After beginning his career on television, Clooney -- who was born May 6, 1961 -- transitioned into one of Hollywood's leading men. He won an Oscar for best supporting actor for his role in "Syriana" in 2006. Clooney, who has also found success as a writer and a director, also starred in such hits as "Oceans Eleven," "The Perfect Storm," "Good Night, And Good Luck," "The Good German," "Michael Clayton" and "Leatherheads."

Bo Derek: The model and actress was born Nov. 20, 1956. She played in "Orca" in 1977 before capturing audiences in "10" in 1979. Derek later played in "Tommy Boy" (1995) then worked mainly in television, making guest appearances and playing in "Fashion House."

Richard Gere: Gere, who was born Aug. 31, 1949, has made a career out of being one of Hollywood's most charming leading men. He starred with Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman" in 1990, and teamed up with the actress again in "Runaway Bride" in 1999. He showed his musical side in "Chicago" in 2002, and later played in "Shall We Dance" (2004), "Bee Season" (2005) and "Nights In Rodanthe" (2008).

Iman: The model, who is married to David Bowie, was born July 25, 1955. She has appeared on "Vogue" and was a house model for Yves Saint-Laurent. Iman, who also dabbled in acting, has her own signature line and is the CEO of IMAN Cosmetics, Skincare and Fragrances.

Andie MacDowell: MacDowell, who also dabbled in cosmetics modeling, has been named to multiple "Most Beautiful People" lists by "People Magazine" throughout her acting career. She recently played in a satirical drama, "Inconceivable," and finished filming three new films.

Madonna: The "Material Girl" has been called the best-selling female rock artist of the 20th century by the Recording Industry Association of America. Madonna has sold an estimated 200 million records worldwide and has also worked in acting. She received a Golden Globe for her role in "Evita" in 1996.

Michelle Pfeiffer: Born April 29, 1958, Pfeiffer received praise for her sexy portrayal of Catwoman in "Batman Returns" in 1992. The actress, who has been nominated for three Oscars throughout her career, recently appeared in the musical hit "Hairspray" (2007) and played in "Personal Effects," which is due to be released this year.

He has won two Oscars, one for best supporting actor for his role in "Glory (1990)," and he was named best actor for his role in "Training Day (2002)." Washington's recent projects include writing and directing the 2007 hit, "The Great Debaters."
