She’s a fierce human rights lawyer, respected amongst her peers in the global legal community.
But that doesn’t mean Amal Alamuddin doesn’t have a quirky sense of style outside of the courtroom.
The fiancée of George Clooney was spotted out and about in the town near Lake Como, wearing a purple floral jumpsuit with a denim jacket and wide-brimmed hat.

It seems the 36-year-old is a fan of the all-in-one as she was spotted wearing a white strapless number while enjoying a boat ride with George and his parents over the weekend.
Amal completed her outfit with some kooky silver laceless brogues, and went without make-up as she let her natural beauty shine through.
 

Around the lawyer’s neck was an even more unsual fashion accessory – a gold chain with the face of Frida Kahlo hanging from it.
British jewellers Tatty Devine found a photograph of the Mexican artist’s face and reproduced it on leather using a photographic laser etch.

The floral hair accessories are made up from foil roses, resin flower cabochons, and sparkling gem petals and will set you back £75 for the necklace made in the UK.
Certainly it makes sense for Amal to wear an image of one of the most famous feminist icons in the world, as she has carved an impressive career out for herself in the world of international human rights.
It’s no wonder then why of all the women Clooney has dated, Alamuddin is the one he would head to the chapel with once more.

The American actor is known for his political activism and humanitarian efforts to help the crisis in Darfur over the years, which even led to his arrest for civil disobedience outside the Sudanese Embassy in 2012.
His first marriage was to actress Talia Balsam from 1989 to 1993, and since then he has dated Kelly Preston, Renée Zellweger, Krista Allen, Lisa Snowdon, Elisabetta Canalis and his last ex-girlfriend Stacy Keibler.
Clooney and Alamuddin are expected to marry at his home in Lake Como this September.
Her mother Baria and his parents have been bonding over the weekend, despite sources telling MailOnline that Amal’s parent does not approve of George as a husband.

In the first picture it looks like she is outside a bank.  Maybe the "notes" are money and she just stopped to get cash.

I do like her outfit in those pictures and the pretty fabric
of her all-in-one. But I'm biased as those are my favourite colours !

I think she's a lady with strong principals and is not afraid to declare them.

Nice pictures, so like Ann Hathaway in one of them, were they in the Daily Mail.  Will this now stop?

She has her own style.  Have to say that if I was engaged to George, I wouldn't be wearing shoes with metal spikes (!) or a jumpsuit (too hard to get out of at a moment's notice.....)

She's getting to the point where everyone will expect a new necklace every time.  She might want to mix it up.  No jewelry next time?

I don't know how tall Amal is, but that girl has the longest strides ever!  I bet when she is in a hurry, she can really move.  Being a short person, I'm a little jealous of how long her strides are.

Somebody please buy her a Happy Meal.!

She looks different in these pics.Pale maybee? Not a big fan of jumpsuits. But at least she has a better hat than that thingy mom is wearing on her head.

Less makeup. She actually looks years younger without all the blush, etc. Good thing George wasn't with her this trip. He would have come in for some ribbing.

Looks to me like she isn't wearing make up which is why she probably looks different.

The natural look becomes her (IMO) but does make her look younger than her  36 years. And her skills at applying make-up, esp blush, have certainly improved since her full association with His Nibs.

But.  And I fear there will always be a "but", she looks more and more like a high school student on vacation with her family, or a junior bridesmaid at a cousin's wedding.  Not the bride.  He's better get used to it. And the snide comments  repeated.when he's not within listening distance.

Sorry Pigpen, .. I dont get that comment. Since she's 30+, how is she supposed to dress and "look" for you, for us and for our approval? Dresses and heels to run out? She doesn't care what anyone thinks--this girl dresses as she pleases

and for the most part, she has more class and style than any other woman he has dated.

Anyway I suspect she slipped on those shoes and jacket to run out. Until today, it has been freezing in Italy!

check I in here from time to time, they'd be horrified at all the personal and sometimes impolite comments about George's future wife.
I know everyone here believes they have "the right" to
say whatever thoughts flit through their minds, be it kind or unkind.
But what if it results in no more holiday pictures ?

I'm sure any man wouldn't want his fiancé to be subjected to such detailed analysis based on a few split second photos and so would protect her from that by not allowing photos to be published.

Think on people, think how you would feel if you were
treated that way by other women. Women who are supposed to be huge fans of your man too.
It doesn't make sense to me.

Joanna the difference between what 'write and what' they write other people and that there is the same difference 'between a mother and her lover, the mother defends her son even when he does not deserve and always forgives, l' lover and the hypothetical 'in combating the new girlfriend and finds faults and is' very critical!

I'm sure this isn't the first time people don't agree with the choices he has made.  George is a big boy, I'm sure they understand people are giving their opinions.  Not everyone has to like her just because she is with George Clooney.

i agree not everyone likes her who are on here but whats so funny about that is they dont know her to like or dislike her, some seem to think that a picture says it all, i personnally disagree, never judge a book by its cover as the saying goes, usually theres so much more to that person than what you can see

As I've said here before, I'm in the same age bracket
as Nina Clooney and I've followed the comment she once made a few years ago when questioned about her son's lifestyle.
She said "It's his business".

I've never fantasised about George as a "dream lover"
or a "dream son" as I'm happily married for the second time around. LOL.
But I suppose my age does come into it when I write here and he's certainly someone I'd like to know as a brother or a friend.
Some hopes of that !   

I don't like judging or criticising people I don't know, although it does appear sometimes as if I do that
when I write what I did yesterday, 13 July.

I just write what I feel and it is a genuine concern of mine that we'll see less of George and his future wife,
Amal, as a result of constant critical comments made
on here, his Fan Forum.
It doesn't matter to me about critical/negative/cruel
comments written elsewhere because THEYRE not a
George Clooney Fan Forum.
I don't think it should be all sycophantic on here, of course not, just a bit more respectful about George and his people.

(btw..There used to be a rule stating that when I first joined,and I took it to heart. But it's seems to have gone now)

Amal isn't famous or looking for fame she just fell in love with one of the world's biggest stars. I enjoy seeing pictures of them together and hope we will see many more.

Of course not, if this is going to happen that means our Forum would be very powerful and cause attention to the Clooney camp and the world press.   

I don't think Clooney camp care about this forum (don't mean it in a negative way) not even read here and certainly are not concerned if we get our pictures from the tabloids or not and what any of us posts here. You can post what you want but we do not get much attention then the Daily Mail. George has other things to worry about then a fan forum and what users post here. 

George Clooney lives his life he wants to and no forum can pull him back from anything.

Sorry Jo don't agree with this one. Critical comments have been made in the past too about the other girlfriends and this forum had never problems to get pictures of George. George does not read here so he certainly does not care what any of us post here. He cares about what the Daily Mail said but not what we post here. For me (and I can be wrong) you make is sound like that this forum gets read by George or his people. This is not happening otherwise they would done something when posters here comment about the other girlfriends   . This forum does not get so much attention you make it sound like. (If I understand you correctly).

Can you clarify which forum rule is now gone? 

As for the rules...even though some posts are critical but we still go by "free speech" as long it is not insulting. Critical comment don't break any forum rules. Sorry....but we have to live with those comments the same way everyone had to live with those critical comments about the past girlfriends. It will never change.....Unfortunately.... I know it bothers you very much. But remember not all posts are critical maybe better to enjoy those more then concentrate too much on the negative  

Nicky, I think Joanna is referring to:

1. No name calling.
We're not in school any more, so let's let go of the name calling. And that's the rule for whether you're talking to another poster or writing about someone in George's world. It's simple good manners and if you can't find a kind word to say, be sure we'll all see what sort of a person you really are.

3. About George's girlfriends
This house's opinion is that George can date who he wants, when he wants and any way he wants. As long as he isn't breaking the law, we're fine with it. Anyone who does have issues with the kind of women he dates might want to find another discussion forum; we're not into censorious prudes tutting over suspected bad behaviour. Again, if you feel the need to criticise, pick apart and bitch about someone you've never met and who's done you no harm, ask yourself why. Does it make you feel better? Superior? Remember, what you write says more about you than it ever could about his girlfriend.

As far as Im aware no rules have been changed or removed, so Im still unsure as to which rule Joanna is referring to that has been removed???

Maybe not that it was physically removed, but definitely not adhered to?
