Hi - all fine today but over the last week, banners/headings are not loading properly. The font on actual website looks diff than usual. Unable to view images on any thread, just little x's. This has been happening for me on/off over a week. When it happens again I will let you know. Thanks

Why my account is not credited to “guest” instead of my username? shouldn´t it happen when the account is closed? Inquiring mind wants to know. Maybe logical fallacy or failure of reading comprehension on my part.

I know I´m breaking the house rules. But it´s a little sin after current blizzard of misleading factoids and diversionary nonsense here. Yeah that again.

Maybe we can fix this and find equilibrium (my histoire de la folie en lui).

If you don´t know who I am guess again.

“Just remember the following:

1. Closing your account here is permanent. You will not be allowed to re-join under a new user name and if I find you have done so, I'll ban you.

2. If you change your mind and want to re-join, I can't re-activate your account. Your old posts are lost. That's not me being difficult, that's the way the system has been created.

3. Your posts don't disappear even if your account is closed. They will be credited to 'guest' instead of your username but they will still all exist. There is no way of deleting them.”

Technical questions - Page 7 Empty Re: Technical questions

Post by Heidi Humpalot Wed 20 Mar 2013, 22:48

While I´m still waiting for answer to my original question, another one came to my mind. It´s not off topic, because it´s technical nature.

Here it is to “ whomsoever it may concern”:

It was on the news (not entertainment but serious news) that in Amsterdam 2 oldest prostitutes retire after 50 years.

They are available. Great deal; pay one get two! (Maybe they have a younger sister too.) Get a right stylist, little plastic surgery and voilà! You buy they fly.

George would just double the exposure in media because these two are willing to do all kinds of “funny gigs”. For the red carpets he can take one here and the other one there – just to be fair. No one can tell the difference.

What´s the appeal? I tell you. These two are not just any regular streetwalkers, but have estimate 400,000 fan base (ex-clients). Steady career behind them and ready for new challenges and why not A-list life style. What you need to do is open them twitter account and get camera rolling. Daily mail will feature them at least once a week, negotiate minimum 60 pics /article. They are awesome, drop dead beautiful if you say so.

If we compare to current GF, Amsterdam ladies win hands down. They look quite fresh, genuine and innocent. They are accustomed to wear very little clothes on, high heels and wigs (all colors, lengths and style) On a cursory look it’s really hard to see how any of this is going to work. But it does, make them wear white! Plus they won´t ever mention marriage or kids. Need I say more?

From couple swinging to sandwich. Not bad. It opens new doors….and what´s best people really want to know what happens between these three??!!

Decisions, decisions. Come on, why the ugh? This is fairly standard. Are you saying it’s distressing to see credentialed actor, producer, director lending support to the thing? Disservice to people who like/know/love him? Ha.

Nothing will change your mind, all right I got that sometime ago already. I admit I´ve been a bit behind the curve, but not anymore.

Question remains, are you about to trade her to them?

Katie, seems like the more I post the more email notices I get whenever anyone posts on the same thread. I went in and did the blanket don't follow these threads deal but it seems like it worked only until I posted again. So now, everytime I post, I also select stop watching this forum. But, is there an easier way? A way I can simply say I don't want to watch any of the threads but can still post away? Or am I just a lazy yutze?

Have you clicked on the notice at the bottom of EACH page ?
It will say either "watch for replies for this thread" or "stop watching for replies for this thread."
I find if I click on "stop watching" the emails stop straight away.

If I get booted out, which sometimes happens, when I come back all of the orange colors are gone (to show me new posts). I just have to look at the dates and times to determine what I've read and what I haven't. Not real convenient, but that way I don't miss anything.

It's annoying but I can't see any way around it. Basically, after a certain period of time your computer decides you've 'read' everything so the last posts button doesn't work any more.

Really sorry.

Not sure where this belongs, but I have a square pop up window (man with 2 teeth and elf with tenailles trying to pull the teeth out) and it moves when I move the cursor and is on a way, can´t read.

I ran antivirus check, didn´t find anything and it disappears if I go elsewhere.

I know it´s been a long day 11 h straight but I´m not imaging this.
How to make it go away?

OK I solved it. In safari you go preferences, then privacy and "remove all website data", then go to security and tick all in there. It worked the window disappeared. Smile

Hi ally12 what article do you want to post?

The quote button is used when you want to respond to someone.

For instance if I wanted to include your original comment in my remarks here, I would go to the quote button above your post, click on it and then it would appear at the top of my comment. I didn't do that in this post but will show you what I mean in another post below.

In this comment I hit the quote button above your question and this is how it shows up here

To post an article from another site, you have to copy the entire article, paste it in the comment section here, then highlight the entire article and hit the quote button in the bar above your post.

It's the button that looks like a cartoon call out.  See examples of call outs below.

Lakin, check your preferences under your profile to see if it's checked on yes or no for your notifications. Also, under the list of pages on every thread there is a "watch this topic for replies". You can click just on to specific ones if you only want notification of those threads.
