Belgian premiere - George not attending

I have just found this video:

It appears that the Belgian premiere is today, but George was not able to attend it, so he made this video to thank people who came to see the movie.

Didn't he say the reason he wasn't going to the Oscars is that he'd be working? Perhaps he went back to filming Tomorrowland? They haven't wrapped that yet have they?
