I like this one...glad Cate is in it too.  Someone tweeted Bob Balaban and congratulated him on finally getting on a poster.  I so hope this does well.

interesting that Matt Damon is highly visible in both versions of Poster - not complaining, like Matt - happier with second poster, specifically as it has Cate

I love the new poster a lot. It's powerful.  Matt Damon is in the leading role so his positioning is obvious.

IMO, I'm indifferent about the sub-title.

The Nazis pulled the greatest art heist in history. These guys are stealing it right back.

It's like the plot in a nutshell. "Stealing" being the key word.
The deciding factor for many to see it.

A little more intrigue maybe?  Succinct?

Although on the other hand, the sub-title serves to reveal more, since the title "Monuments Men" is intriguing in itself.
Based on a true story makes it even more thrilling.

Nice. He looks good in it, central even when on a side.
Text "the monuments man" somehow remind me of top gun. (Some web page design templetes have it with same colors yellow and black) Maybe not a bad thing.
