These three look good without eye make-up (think His Nibs chooses well on that basis)......but I'm not sure how many of us would usually stand like that - quite easy to fall backwards....

I never understand the two fingers either but it seems to make the rounds of all the Italians. Some kind of happy sign is all I know. In the old World War II days it was VICTORY. Way before all these people and their lives. Everybody is such sheep with all the same mannerisms. Totally narcissistic for sure. A photo every five minutes of themselves. What would we do if we did not see them in a day?? The world would surely end.

It's become her typical pose to arch her back as much as she can to give the illusion of a round shape, I notice.
Ever since candids of her butt appeared walking along the beach in Hawaii in 2010, hand-in-hand with GC which showed it rather flat & no waist. Maybe she wants to prove a point.
Lucky there's photoshop to taper in the waist, straighten & elongate legs too.

maybe you have not thought much about before you post! In this picture she paid for and also just to show her ass. Have you ever seen the advertisements for briefs or thong made by a model with a little ass, with his butt down or with her big ass and flabby? Elizabeth has a nice ass and pay for modeling lingerie is normal to put him on display in the best possible way.

Oh, I didn't see your reply to me, lelacorb. I don't look on this thread unless I see it on latest topics & someone other than the usual has just posted.

Yes, I did think about what I wrote.  I find Elisabeta very masculine.    Not that it's a bad thing, of course..... .
(Btw, I've never heard of this underwear brand either.  Other poster above wrote it's sold at supermarkets in Italy like sloggi, whatever that is, right?...)

As for Elisabeta's anus, maybe she might land a toilet paper gig too, like Stacy did with Charmed, if you say she's paid for it.

Now, as for shapes, going by these candids that are Unphotoshopped & she's not trying to bend over backwards, I think Elisabeta has a masculine flat body, and rather short limbed.

To me & most red-blooded men & women, beautiful asses are like Kim Kardashian's or Jennifer Lopez...
And they're famous for them.

Elisabeta's ass (NB: flat & no waist):

You seem despicable Lormar if it were sold in supermarkets? However I have not ever seen Lormar in supermarkets but I saw it in stores and intimate as a model for Lormar Elizabeth succeeded to Manuela Arcuri. About her ass I gladly trade it with mine!

Re: What Elisabetta Canalis did next - part 5

Post by watching on Tue 01 Oct 2013, 00:28

I think her whole body is rocking!! She works hard for it, seemly everyday some type of workout to keep it in same shape. Lord knows I don't have that discipline.  It may not be someone else's preference for physical beauty but under the current societal definition of beauty, she has it in spades.

And even if you don't think so, what does it matter? Why do we solely focus on any women's looks instead of her professional achievements? She is working post George and hasn't really traded on him (much). She keeps getting rehired by some of the same people (German coffee, Lormar) and she is picking up new contracts (Casino). She must be doing something right for that to occur and therefore she is living her life the way she needs to to remain employed in an industry where 80% of "models" would not be working primarily in the field of their choice.

I just don't understand the ongoing hate. If you don't like her, then why is she so relevant that you need to post negative comments about her and demean and devalue the way she looks? If she is happy with her body then isn't that all the matters?

Excuse me, but if your comment is to me, I don't hate her.  She's a non-entity to me. She's known ONLY to anyone who likes George Clooney, through publicity bombardment as she's one of his many public Ex-girlfriends.

I commented on a photo expressing my opinion that I believe she's an androgynous, plain woman. I do not find her attractive. Just like others here comment about SK.

Great that she's getting some work. She exercises to stay thin but that alone doesn't make someone physically beautiful.  The contracts she has landed, are more than likely BECAUSE OF CLOONEY association. The "ex-girlfriend of George Clooney."  The Sun newspaper even promotes her as such for Lomar ads.
Snowdon still gets her name linked to him too.

Societal definitions of beauty are not defined just by thinness. The vast majority of the population are thin.
Physical beauty incorporates the whole package: face primarily, body proportions, hair, skin, health, fitness.
Canalis is a showbiz personality, not a model.  Her professional achievements? A topless nun, DWTS contestant & show co-hosting...

(If there was an option to ignore certain threads it would be great, but it appears in latest topics.)

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and as Watching says, it's not exactly important anyway.

I'm 100% sure that if she had a different shaped figure you'd still find something wrong with her.

Ocean, please know I wasn’t posting in response to any one post. I have been off the site for a while and came back and after reading through the gf’s threads (as George is out of sight at the moment), it seemed to me that at least  70% of commentary made was related to their appearance and that the women did not meet some posters expectations physically, morally or professionally. I mean, if someone is looking at the ex girlfriend of a movie star to be their moral compass and shining example on how to live a positive, joyful and enriched life full of compassion and empathy  then no wonder so many people continue to be disappointed and critical of the women. These women did not sign up to be anyone’s role model. They just dated an actor that you like. So why are they being held up to an ideal that some George’s fan base has decided they must attain and if they don’t meet a standard, they are failures, scum of the Earth and deserve to be “exposed” to the world?

Betty hasn’t been with George for over 2 years but people are still posting pics of her ass from the Hawaii beach walk from over three years ago for comparison and analysis. Really? People age. They change the way they work out. She wasn’t doing Krav Maga during the George years. Her body has the right to change. Her diet may have changed with the aim to get certain results. She may have had plastic surgery. It really doesn’t matter. These women are simply the ex girlfriend of an actor, not your mortal enemy.

Not sure why people are still so invested in tearing them down. Does it make the poster feel better about themselves if they can point out perceived flaws in a public figure? Do you do the same to the people you work with? Your family? Your friends? What is the appeal of attacking someone just because they don’t meet your ideal? Wouldn’t it be better to just decide to focus on those you do believe in and be positive in general instead of such an outflow of hate and negativity? Because I promise you these women don’t care about your opinion of them. So why expend the effort in your distain and spend so much time in a negative state of mind?

The Great Paul Newman....put it simply, when talking about his second wife, Joanne Woodward (a Lady many ppl presumed not good enough for him) She to him was steak....the beauties, just hamburgers .... different strokes for different folks.
Just because G is sexiest man in the world TWICE! doesn't mean his women has to be....as long as she "tickles his fancy"  F*** what every one else thinks..JMO Wink

Actually Ocean and Watching, the flat ass story in Hawaii wasn't the main story at the time with the walking on the beach at the time of the movie Descendants. It was "fake George" the look alike George who was shorter in the photos, not merely walking on the down slope of the sand. There were many conspiracy theorists at the time that George had a "double" to throw off the paps. Who knows? It was a hilarious story at the time and everyone goes back to this pancake ass photo as a before and after with the supposed Doctor Urtis reconstruction who also just showed up in Milan recently September 12th bearing gifts for her 35th birthday party. The reason Canalis stays lively in this thread is she is a walking soap opera almost daily.

She started with a 9mm and was going to try also for Tactical shotgun, Carabine and a Sniper. Some fans got a bit upset because she is the testimonial of the Calibro12 jewelry line which depicts guns in necklaces, ring, earrings and bracelet. The motto for this line was "The Only Way to use It", meaning that guns should only be used as ornaments. Now she is training to shoot real ones and when in instagram a fan asked her is she would really have the courage to shoot someone if she felt unsafe, she said that to protect herself and her family she would.

NEW JERSEY (MYFOXNY.COM) -
New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will highlight the list of 2013 Points of Light honorees.

The ceremony will be held at the Embassy of Italy in Washington D.C. on Oct. 11, 2013.

Mr. and Mrs. Neil Bush, Chairman of Points of Light and Italian Ambassador Claudio Bisogniero and Laura Denise will host the event.

The Points of Light Tribute Awards spotlights individuals and organizations who best exemplify the American ideal of service and voluntary action.

The foundation was set up in 1990 after President George H. W. Bush's inaugural address invoked the vision of a "thousand points of light" and a call to action for Americans to commit to service to their communities.

Celebrities, dignitaries, business executives, supporters and civic leaders come together annually to salute honorees whose extraordinary contributions to volunteering and service have made their communities and the world better.

Christie is being awarded for his response to Superstorm Sandy.  The organization credits Christie working across lines with government, businesses, nonprofits and faith groups to quickly respond to the disaster, including working to harness the efforts of tens of thousands of volunteers in the recovery effort.

Along with Christie, other 2013 honorees are the site AmpleHarvest.org (a non-profit fighting hunger), Amy Paterson (a cancer survivor who came up with a child care solution for parents in treatment) and the company Citi (for its corporate service).

Elisabetta Canalis, Italian actress and model, and Greta Van Susteran of Fox News will emcee the event.

Among the special guests will be singer/songwriter Pia Toscano, broadcaster Paul Berry, and Al Roker.
