Flooding in Kentucky

Post by melbert on Sun Jul 07 2013, 15:42

I was watching the weather channel and they had a state map of Kentucky on showing where all the flooding was happening. It kind of looked like it started in Cincinnati (OH) and then headed south to involve most of Kentucky. They did not show Augusta, but Maysville was on the map. If I remember right, Nick and Nina's house is only a couple blocks from the river. I hope they are safe. MM or anyone else in the area, how bad is it?

Floodings are always dangerous. Normally there are warnings before. If they really live that close. I hope they made it out of there.

Flash flooding in low lying areas over weekend, but it's clearing.
No casualties reported.
