SK isn't mentioned in the press release attached to this event. This water is a Nestle subsidiary, and it's taking place at Basketball City

A sort of 'moving in the same circles' story here - Alyssa Milano's married to David Bugliari, who's someone from CAA, who represent Our Hero, and Alyssa apparently endorses loads of healthy eating regimes and is a vegetarian, and was married to Scott Wolf, a friend of Billy Bush, who mentioned him to Stacy in an interview.......and......and......

Kaite - whilst I agree that the split has occured, I think she will turn up in Como to continue the pretense that they are together. Otherwise, why would he have not have released, through his sources to certain publications, that they have split? She will be there in friend capacity. She has kept her mouth shut post split and another visit to Como helps keep her appearance fee high and her name in the press whilst her little show starts to air. Once her show has started on the air and G is in Vancouver working on the next project, they will announce split. That timeline also garners him press coverage when he wants it - i.e. in the lead up to the release of Gravity and his other films leading into award season as a single man.
G is not going to want the press to be stalking him whilst directing a film or in Italy having those few weeks of vacation upon annoucement of a split. He has such a small amount of down time this year that he is not going to want, I think, to deal with the hassle or be run out of town again because the press intrusion is too great such as the case 2 years ago when he dumped Betty. I think it will be announced in August and the reason will be the distance and time away due to their very busy careers.

The closest we've ever had in the past to an admission from George that he's broken up with a girlfriend is when he's reportedly seen out in public with other women and this he did last weekend in London.
As for pretending to date someone he's not, never seen him do that.

Wow, if Stacy went all the way to Monaco and yet didn't stop by in UK before returning, then it looks like they may have split or something is wrong between them. Unless she made a quick visit to see him but kept it quiet...after all, the paparazzi hasn't seem to have got any pics of George either, apart from those of him at dinner that day and outside the nightclub. So maybe they're aren't lurking all around his filming location.
I agree if they do split up he doesn't necessarily have to announce it like he did with Elisabetta, it can instead be made known via tabloids reporting that his friends said that they've split (like it happened with Sarah and also probably with Renee Zellweger). Then again since Stacy is also well-known now and gets mentioned a lot in magazines these days, there may be an official statement when/if they do split.
I also don't see George having to pretend to still be with someone to the point of having the person at his home in Como.
