It's a summer romper with bloomers not a dress, was very common in the day. It seems the ruffled bloomer pant for little children is becoming a mark of the times.

Good work, there, party! Thanks for checking out the source. Keibler has mentioned in some past interview that meditation was an important part of her routine.

Bear with me ladies...on a strong med that is making me way too chatty and very irritable!

I know she's "suggested" in articles she "meditates" but really? I've meditated and while it's possible to train yourself, after years of practice, to do short, 3 minute sessions, which is what she suggested she does in several fitness magazines, only a real master could gain anything beneficial from that. What she says she does is take deep, "cleansing breathes" for 3 minutes each day. That "ain't" meditation. That's using your Pilates breathing to relax your core.

And the preachy messages? When Ivanyla does it, it's one thing. That woman has been to Hell and back. Coming from Stacy...eye roll is the nicest thing I can think of right now in my cloud of ongoing irritation!

Sorry...promise I'll stick with no more posting til I'm off this med or it's lowered. I just want to whack everyone and feel like I've had 20 cups of coffee...but am exhausted to boot! I need some of your Xanax Lakin!

Well, I suppose a glass of wine is out of the question, huh? I know, shame on me for promoting mixing drugs and alcohol........BUT one glass might help calm down the caffeine effect. That is IF it's a drug that doesn't warn against it.
At any rate, I really do hope you feel better soon. I've taken prescriptions that have made me feel out of sorts and it's no fun.
