Kerry Washington, Nathan Fillion, Jason Statham, Jennifer Lopez, Kristen Wiig, Jeremy Renner, Amanda Seyfried and Will Ferrell have been announced as presenters for the 70th Golden Globe Awards.

Washington is part of the ensemble cast of the drama series Scandal, and can also be seen in Quentin Tarantino‘s nominated picture Django Unchained. Fillion is the star of the series Castle and will soon be seen in the motion picture Percy Jackson, Sea of Monsters. Statham and Lopez are the stars of director Taylor Hackford‘s upcoming crime thriller Parker. Wiig will soon be seen in the pictures Hateship,Friendship and The Skeleton Twins. Jeremy Renner is the star of Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters;Ferrell was most recently seen in the comedy hit The Campaign, and Seyfried is part of the stellar cast of the Golden Globe nominated picture Les Misérables.

Hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, the 70th Golden Globe Awards will be presented on Sunday, January 13, at the International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton, in Beverly Hills, California.

Guests at the 70th Golden Globe Awards will dine on a menu of Grilled Artichoke on Frisee served with Fennel Tomato Lemon Mousse, Kabocha pumpkin smoked dried tomato tart and pepper honey Goat Cheese as appetizers; a main course of Smoked Flat Iron Steak and Pacific Sea Bass; and Cappucino Mousse Cake for dessert. Beverly Hilton Executive Chef Suki Sugiura and Executive Pastry Chef Thomas Henzi have created this feast, to be enjoyed with a 2004 Grand Vintage Moet et Chandon champagne on tables adorned by red rose arrangements designed by celebrity florist Mark Held.

The 70th Golden Globe Awards will be held on January 13 at the International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton, in Beverly Hills, CA.

The definitely do that for the Oscars but can't remember if they do so with the Golden Globes.

No, I wasn't either, Lorna. But then I remembered Natalie Portman walking the wrong way past Ricky Gervais last year to present to GC. And she'd been the Actress (oops, it's probably called a Female Actor or something like that now) in a Leading Role for Black Swan the previous year..........so I wondered

George Clooney, Meryl Streep & More Announced as Golden Globe Presenters

It's almost time to party!

George Clooney, Meryl Streep and Jennifer Garner are among the stars who will present at the Golden Globe Awards this Sunday, as Hollywood's official award season kicks off at the Beverly Hilton.

The trio will also be joined as presenters by Smash's Debra Messing, according to a Tweet from the Today show, whose network, NBC, is airing the Globes.

More presenters were announced on the Globes website. They include Jennifer Lopez, Amanda Seyfried, Kristen Wiig, Jeremy Renner, Will Ferrell, Kerry Washington, Nathan Fillion and Jason Statham.

The awards, held by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, are being co-hosted by Amy Poehler and Tina Fey.

Lincoln received the most nominations this year, with seven, followed by Argo and Django Unchained with five each, and Zero Dark Thirty, Les Misérables and Silver Linings Playbook with four each.

The 70th Golden Globe Awards will air live on Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013, on NBC at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT) from the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
