LOUISVILLE COURANT: Abramson says no on Senate race, suggests Clooney, Sawyer, Judd

Lt. Gov Jerry Abramson said on camera today he won't be running for US Senate against Senator Mitch McConnell in 2014. He left open the chance he'd seek the governor's job in 2015. (Just in case charismatic Kentucky Ag Commissioner James Comer gets hit by a meteor)

The broadcast only notes that Abramson encourages Ashley Judd to run:

But WHAS 11's Joe Arnold's tweet says Abramson encourages Ashley Judd, Diane Sawyer, and George Clooney to run.

Devil's in the details. FYI- I first proposed Clooney, a long time ago. But wrote about it in March here:

Me too Suebee. He is the worst kind of politician! It would be lovely to see him primaried out frankly.

my dream and heart's desire other than him stepping into bob hope's shoes would be george clooney would do it, for a personal issue i have with mcconnell. Plus i want him to spend more time with his family, i know all of you love him but i am having a hard time liking him right now with this past few months behavior with stacy stuff. He needs to marry her or let her go. I don't like people to lead people on or care only about their image and what it might cost them and not how it is hurting someone else. That is how he can reearn my respect but who am i? No one advising gc. Lol
