Advice for men: how you can be more like George Clooney in real life

Post by Katiedot on Tue 04 Sep 2012, 12:02

I think this is one of those websites aimed at men who need help trying to meet women (lots of 'articles' about things such as three words that'll get women horny instantly and how to get laid), but still it was amusing:

George Clooney is the man most guys would like to be, and everyone would love to marry. What makes him just so special, and how can you learn from him and be more like George in your own life?

George Clooney biography
George Clooney was born on May 6, 1961, and is known as film actor, film director, producer, screenwriter, and also philanthropist. George’s major breakthrough didn’t come until his early thirties, when he won the role in a successful medical drama, E.R.

He starred on that show for five years, and basically in that time, started working on a few movies. His movies really started to take off during the later years of E.R., and when he started starring in some big-name Hollywood movies, like The Perfect Storm, O Brother, Where Art Thou?, and the Oceans 11 remake.

George Clooney, sex appeal and how to be attractive
He is known as one of the few celebrities whose sex appeal has not disintegrated as he’s gotten older. If anything, the greyer his hair has gotten, the more his sex appeal has gone up. George is also really known for his humanitarian work with Not On Our Watch program, an organization that focuses global attention and resources to prevent mass atrocities, and also for his TV special, A Journey to Darfur, reflecting on the situation of Darfur’s refugees, and advocated for action.

When looking at what makes George the type of guy that women desperately want to be with and guys would like to become, there is no better way to sum him up than this long quote, written by one of many female fans.

Later life can hold sex appeal and success
George is a classic case of a guy that oozes success later on in life, like Ricky Gervais. We grow up in an age where growing old is a disadvantage, and being older, probably in your forties, fifties, you’re seen almost as though your time is up in life.

George didn’t get mainstream success until he was in his early thirties, and basically every year after that, his success has just grown. He became one of the biggest Hollywood stars in the world in his forties.

George sets an example that it doesn’t matter how old you are, you can still do amazing things. You can still be attractive. You can still be living your dreams and doing what you want to do in life. Never use age as a limiting belief.

You don’t have to be a model to be attractive
As a guy, George is great proof that you don’t have to look like a model to be adored by women. He’s charming, he’s got a great sense of humor, he’s got good will, and they’re characteristics that are adorable to women.

Yes, he does look attractive, but if you get a bit of style in your life, perhaps purchase some great suits, and revamp your wardrobe too, you can emulate a similar style to what George has, that’s suitable to you.

Becoming more successful with women
I also really recommend reading Eckhart Tolle’s “The Power of Now,” where he talks a lot about how to maintain more presence and how to be more in the moment. Also, another great book was “The Inner Game of Tennis.” Ignore the title. While it’s relevant to tennis, it teaches you a lot about staying focused, staying present in the moment, and dealing with any distractions that might get in your way.

George is educated – are you?
George is also very well versed on a broad range of topics. He’s a very educated man, and has the ability to hold an intelligent conversation.

Intelligence is a very sexy, and having a really good education doesn’t always necessarily mean going to university or having academic scholarships. It could mean self-educating, reading a number of books, educating yourself on a number of topics, researching various topics on the internet, keeping abreast of the news and current affairs. The more you can do this, the more valuable you’ll be.

George is also a man who stands up for causes he believes in, whether popular or not. His enthusiasm and passion makes him admired across the world. What’s your passion in life? What do you really believe in? What do you stand for?

Be funny
George always sees the funny side of every situation. He’s known for his self-deprecating humor, his ability to laugh at himself, his ability to see the funny side of all situations, no matter how bad they are. It’s important that you develop an ability to laugh at circumstances. Laugh at yourself. Develop a good, healthy sense of humor, and just be more optimistic in life and be more positive.

Positive people can laugh in the face of adversity. They can use humor as a way of coping with things, and these are the kind of people that are very pleasant to be around and draw people into their world, just like George does.

The last thing
George hasn’t slowed down. Despite that he’s fifty, he still pushes himself in his career and his social activities. Don’t ever let age slow you down. It doesn’t matter if you’re thirty, forty, or fifty, you can still achieve many great things, and you can still get a lot out of life.

George Clooney may be rich, famous, and well known, but his alluring qualities that make him so sexy and appealing to men and women across the world can be utilized by you as well. You can possess these qualities and become sexy and appealing, like George.

There are so many mentions of George's name in articles and fiction books and even UK TV soaps these days.
I wonder if he's aware of it and if it amuses him as much
as it does me ?
Has anyone else ever had so much coverage in so many diverse
ways as our man ?
George Clooney fan forever!
