WHAT'S YOUR "GUILTY TV" SECRET ?

Post by Joanna on Wed Jul 11 2012, 18:15

I must confess to sometimes watching Jeremy Kyle or Maury.
(Not Springer though.... too OTT for me that)

Having worked in Social Services for many years, I'm still interested in people
who have problems with their lives....whether by their own making or not.

Does anyone else have a "Guilty TV" watching confession ?

After a stressful day, I love trash tv. I've enjoyed the various Kardashian shows as well as the Denise Richards one (a while back now). I occasionally watch Giuliana and Bill Rancic's show.

There isn't anything on at the moment that catches my eye (my apologies to Cindigirl, but I've no interest in what anyone in New Jersey says, does, or thinks). I've also no interest in talent shows, dancing or any other kind of competition, although sometimes Hell's Kitchen or Australia's Junior Masterchef pull me in.

I used to caught supernanny once in a while ; ) on principle I generally hate anything that come close or not to reality TV, and I don't get people sharing their family drama, plus I feel for those kids (can you imagine watching that homemade video when you've grown up ?), but yeah somehow I always sort of like this one ; )

Not sure if this is a guilty pleasure or not, But I love Grimm and the new Hawaii - 5-0 they are great programmes. Grimm is based on Grimms fairy tales and is a fantastic horror/comedy/cop show mix. Five O is my favourite though.
